The Wanted’s Siva Kaneswaran will “definitely” marry his girlfriend Nareesha McCaffrey.

The Irish singer revealed he is so smitten with the luxury shoe designer that he thinks they will be together forever.

When asked on NBC Live in the US “Do you think you’re going to marry this woman?” Siva replied, "Yeah definitely”.

However, his bandmate Nathan Sykes was quick to jump in, joking, “He only said that because he knows that she's watching."

Lindsay Lohan avoids charges over burglary at friend’s home

No charges will be brought against the actress and her assistant Gavin Doyle after prosecutors decided there wasn’t enough evidence to tie them to the incident on August 18 when valuable items including car keys, cash, sunglasses and a credit card holder were taken from her friend Sam Magid’s Hollywood Hills mansion.

A prosecutor wrote in a charge evaluation form: "We do not have sufficient evidence to prove this case beyond a reasonable doubt.

"One of the suspects makes a vague admission that he and the others were there, and that 'someone' took something but is not more specific than that. The fact that our suspects are found in a car that is similar to the one seen at the time of the burglary adds little to the case.”

Mr.  Magid, also retracted his initial report that items were stolen which complicated attempts to prosecute.

The prosecutor continued: “In addition to these evidentiary insufficiencies, the [victims] do not wish to pursue the prosecution of this matter."

Lindsay’s spokesman Steve Honig said in a statement: "Lindsay is glad this matter has been cleared up so she 

can focus on her upcoming projects.”

Reports are coming out today that ‘Twilight’ co-stars and recently estranged couple Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may be making their way back to being on speaking terms.

Perez Hilton is reporting that some have said Pattinson has, reluctantly, let Stewart get in touch with him following a steady period of silence. Stewart had been hounding her ex via text messages apologizing over and over again.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart split last month when Stewart was caught cheating with her ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ director Rupert Sanders, who is married with children. Sanders’ wife Liberty Ross has called it quits as well after the affair came to light.

Pattinson, who is said to be both “heartbroken” and “humiliated” in the wake of the breakup, is now considering moving back to his native London. The Huffington Post writes that in the coming weeks, he’ll be selling his Los Angeles mansion that he bought with Stewart last year though he’ll still need to decide where he wants to live.

A source told RadarOnline that the movie star is considering moving back to England, citing that Pattinson misses his families and the pubs of West London.

For the meantime, he has found refuge at ‘Water for Elephants’ co-star Reese Witherspoon’s mansion in Ojai, California.

In a letter obtained by TMZ.com dated July 31, he writes: "As you are aware from our previous correspondences starting on July 8, you currently owe the hotel a grand total of $46,350.04 in charges for your stay starting on May 30, 2012. I have enclosed a copy of your most up to date folio for your records.

"As we have made repeated attempts to resolve this pressing matter over the last few weeks without any resolution, I regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to extend any further credit for you to remain at the hotel."

She was ordered to be out of the hotel by 12pm on August 1 and told not to return.

However, the bill would have been higher had Philip decided to keep the charges of $75 per day for use of the hotel's laptop, which he decided to waiver.

One of them reported that Niall’s dad in Co. Westmeath texted his 1D bandmate Harry Styles to warn him about his son’s alcohol use and to keep an eye on him. But, surprise surprise, the story is false.

The ‘Mean Girls’ actress’ pal Sam Magid called the Los Angeles Police Department a week ago to report a jewellery theft and although he has now tried to recant his allegation, the police are said to have independent witnesses who can prove Lindsay and Gavin’s guilt, according to gossip website TMZ.

Yesterday (27.08.12) the LAPD contacted Lindsay’s lawyer and asked to interview the two suspects but their request was denied.

Following the incident, Lindsay jetted to New York to spend time with her family but pals insisted she was not a suspect.

Close friend and business associate, Claus Hjelmbak previously said: "The trip to New York City had been planned for a while and she will be having several work meetings and spending time with her family. There was no escaping anything.

Sources connected to the investigation also said: "Lindsay isn't a suspect and was cooperative with cops during the brief time she was questioned. The notion that Lindsay is fleeing Los Angeles is just ridiculous. Lindsay can't go anywhere without being swarmed by photographers."

According to Look Magazine, the ‘Cosmopolis’ star is working on a six-month image overhaul.

His desire for change stems from the revelation that his longterm girlfriend Kristen Stewart had an affair with married “Snow White and the Huntsman” director Rupert Sanders.

"Rob wants to show Kristen what she's thrown away," an insider revealed to Look magazine.

"He's spent a fortune in the past two weeks on his hair, teeth whitening and a spray tan. He's bought an array of Gucci suits, which cost £2,000 a pop and he's stepping up his exercise regime with trainer Tamsyn Hamilton to get in shape."

In the wake of his split from Stewart, the 26-year-old has reportedly spent time with fellow Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio recently.

Not recognizing Horan as a member of One Direction, the bouncer told him to hit the road upon arriving at the star-studded event!

Thankfully, Horan’s security team handled the situation and were able to get Niall into the club to join the party. And clearly Horan hasn’t let the stardom get to his head - he was reportedly able to laugh off the entire matter!

The former 'Dawson's Creek' star shocked the 'Top Gun' actor earlier this summer when she filed to end their marriage in New York, and the quick finalization - which happened within weeks of the divorce announcement - means she will only get support for their six-year-old daughter Suri, of whom she has legal custody.

A source told TMZ.com Katie will receive $400,000 a year in child maintenance, equating to $33,333.33 a month.

He will be paying the support for the next 12 years until Suri is 18, totalling $4.8 million.

It has also been discovered both parties agreed that the tot would not attend a "residential" school - meaning she cannot be taken to an educational establishment with boarding.

Tom has also agreed to pay for all of Suri's expenses, including dental, medical, education and college costs.

Katie is believed to be a "new woman" since splitting from the 50-year-old actor, and is glad to be free of quasi-cult Scientology, to which Tom is devoted.

A source said: "She now gets to see her family more, feels free to concentrate on her career and is no longer living in fear of Scientology.

"Katie is a new woman, she feels refreshed, free of Tom and doesn't have a worry in the world."

'Today' show presenter, Kathie Lee Gifford confirmed reports that Conor Kennedy and his girlfriend Taylor Swift attended the wedding of Victoria Gifford Kennedy in Boston last Saturday despite being unwelcome.

Kathie Lee said on her show: "The truth, because I was there [is that] Vicki, [my husband] Frank's daughter's account of what happened in Boston is accurate."

The host - who is the step-grandmother of the bride - explained that Conor was invited to the wedding but failed to RSVP and, instead, texted the bride's mother, Vicki Kennedy, right before the ceremony and asked to attend.

She explained: "He got in touch with her an hour earlier and said, basically, 'Can I bring my girlfriend?'. [It was] a beautiful sit-down dinner that had been planned for months.

"[Conor] came out and took [Swift] by the hand and they left. So, I didn't know there was any drama going on at the time."

A source close to the bride and groom confirms the account, suggesting the relatives couldn't effectively get rid of Taylor.

They told website People.com: "It was kind of weird, and the family felt like they couldn't do anything."

Kathie Lee added that perhaps the Grammy winning singer didn't know she had offended anyone by being present.

Taylor's representative, Paula Erickson, told the Boston Herald newspaper that the singer was indeed invited to the wedding and "the bride thanked her profusely for being there."

Kathie commented: "I'm not sure she didn't know she wasn't invited."

Harry is said to have been given a "talking to" by his father Prince Charles following his return to Britain on Wednesday and advised to "lie low" for a few weeks.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Charles is not impressed with Harry's antics and thinks he should have known better.

"He has advised him to lie low and not be seen falling out of any nightclubs. He gave him a talking to as any protective father would because he wants to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen again.

Both Kristen Stewart and Robert are skipping the final four conventions celebrating the ending of the 'Twilight Saga', according to the movie's producers.

Despite seemingly endless fame and fortune, ‘Twilight’ star Robert Pattinson is one thrifty guy.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on ABC, Pattinson shared how he recently bought a car off of Craigslist for a mere $2,500.

“I got a 2001 [Chevy] Silverado. It’s beautiful. Solid car,” Pattinson said. “I buy everything off Craigslist. Every single car that I’ve bought.”

No problem with be thrifty, but Pattinson was named as one of Forbes Highest Paid Actors this year! The actor had a healthy payday of around $26.5 million dollars for the past year, which included the box office hits “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” and “Water for Elephants.”

While chatting with Kimmel, Pattinson described himself as “incredibly cheap,” and chatted about how the negotiation process for his new car went.

“He didn’t really understand the concept of negotiating,” said Pattinson. “I [talked him down] 300 bucks and his comeback was, ‘What about 50 bucks more?’”

While Pattinson was more than content to talk about his love of cheap cars, mention of his scandal-ridden ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart was nowhere to be heard. The two split after Stewart was caught cheating with ‘Snow White and The Huntsman’ director Rupert Sanders.

"There was no escaping anything. I had dinner with Lindsay, Dina and her brother Cody, on Monday night at the Viceroy Hotel and she is doing remarkably well and focused on work.
