Robert Pattinson just beats out Kristen Stewart for Celebrity of the Year

Everyone’s favorite “Twilight” star, Robert Pattinson has been crowned the 2010 Celebrity of the Year by E! Online.

Bu the barely beat out his co-star andn beloved kristen Stewart for the honor

The popular celebrity website recently ran a competition asking fans to name their top celebrity for 2010. In the end it top two boiled down to none other than Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.

They asked fans to choose from a list of 99 of 2010’s biggest celebs and in the end the “Twilight” couple came out on top with Pattinson managing to overtake his girlfriend in the end.

The race was close with Pattinson having 6,430 votes (51.5 percent) and Stewart narrowly missing out with 6.063 votes (48.5 percent).

New ‘Twilight: Breaking Dawn’ spoiler alert

There is still 11 months to go before "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn" Part 1 hits the cinema but already spoilers are hitting the fansites.

A Robert Pattinson fan-site is believed to have published the ending to the "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn" Part 1 script. MrPattinson.com said that someone who read the script claims the film will end with Alice Cullen (Ashley Green) having a violent vision of a Volturi battle and then sharing it with Aro (Michael Sheen).

The site said "Alice touches that head [Volturi] guy [Aro]…when she touches the [Volturi] guy he “sees” what will happen if he continues his course…OK so the first person whose head comes off is Carlisle. In the vision.

"Then everything goes to s*** and all kinds of dying happens. And Bella and Edward kill Aro…After Bella and Edward they die too…all these other people die too. Jane and her brother. Lots of deaths on both sides. Then [Volturi] guy snaps out of it, says he’s sorry. Everybody makes up and lives happily ever after."

Other reports online are dubious about this report as it certainly does not happen in the book.

The Script's Glen Power is happy he has made no definite plans for New Year’s Eve

The Script drummer and his bandmates Danny O'Donoghue and Mark Sheehan have been given three weeks off over the festive period as a reward for constantly touring throughout 2010 and Glen is relishing the thought of being able to do whatever he wants.

He told BANG Showbiz: “I’ll still be at home in Dublin for New Year’s but I actually have no plans at all. Our whole lives are diaries and schedules so it’s nice to have nothing planned.”

However, Glen admits the ‘Nothing’ hitmakers can get restless when they are back in Ireland and are usually raring to get back on the road after a short break.

Glen – who will undertake an arena tour of the UK and Ireland with his bandmates next year – said: “After a week at home, I’ll be itching to get out on tour. It’s happened to us before, we end up texting each other saying, ‘Anyone wanna go on tour?’ It’s because our lives are so fast we’re not used to stopping.

“We always want to get home and chill out and then after a few days we’re raring to go again. I always spend the first week at home going out every night, calling every friend I know and finding a really loud bar.”

Colin Farrell designed own tattoo’s for ‘The Way Back’- SEE VIDEO

Irish actor Colin Farrell has revealed he designed his own communist tattoo’s for his Russian character in his latest film “The Way Back”.

Farrell plays the part of Valka, a Russian soldier who escapes with other prisoners from a Siberian gulag in 1940.

The Dublin born actor has a few tattoo’s of his own but said his characters tattoo’s had a lot more significance.

"There's an incredible significance to every single drop of ink that appears on these men's bodies, much more so than the couple of drunk markings that I have of various nights in the last 15 years on my body.

"But each single tattoo referenced either a crime committed, an amount of time done, a particular status one held within the criminal infrastructure so it was fun.

"Again it was something that was very foreign to me, it was very exotic, as was the accent and language so it was just another conduit into Valka.

"Peter gave me a couple of books that had a lot of the tattoos that were used, some photographs, some drawings, reams, hundreds, 800 tattoos, 1,000 tattoos and I went through them and kind of just designed Valka's torso."

“The Way Back” goes on general U.S. release on January 21.

As “Twilight” mania continues to spread like wildfire across the globe, it seems that few people can get enough of it’s leading man Robert Pattinson.

The star has become the focus of so much media attension that he is considering hiring a body double.

The English actor has been flooded with fan mail and has been thinking of getting a body double ever since a crazed fan began following him and his on-and-off screen lover, Kristen Stewart everywhere according to femalefirst.

"He's become the focus of a group of over-zealous female fans. Robert is constantly inundated with fan mail but one group of four girls have been targeting him repeatedly, telling him they want to do ruse, saucy things to him. One girl from Japan has started turning up wherever he is.

"Robert thinks there's only one thing for it and that is to increase his security and use a body double. It may seem a bit extreme but at least he can now be in two countries at once and spend some quality time with Kristen," said a source.

The “Twilight” star has admitted that in the past he has required up to 25 security guards.

The troubled actress – who is due to complete a court-ordered treatment programme at the Betty Ford clinic next week – will not be returning to her West Hollywood home, and instead will be taken to a residence out of the public eye by her mum Dina and siblings Ali, 17, and 14-year-old Cody.

A friend of the ‘Machete’ actress told X17online: “Lindsay will be staying at a secret location starting January 4, with her family, mother and siblings. She also has the support of me and her other friends.

“As long as she doesn't fail any tests - and everyone is going to make sure she doesn't - she'll be put on summary unsupervised probation on February 25.”

Lindsay’s estranged father Michael – who has a notoriously strained relationship with Dina – welcomed the move, admitting he is pleased his daughter will be kept away from her “old haunts”, which he believed contributed to her struggles.

He said: “Being away from her old so-called friends and haunts in Hollywood would only behoove Lindsay as long as when she gets to New York, she stays away from the old haunts and friends, as well.”

However, Michael is keen for his ongoing feud with his ex-wife not to come in the way of Lindsay’s progress following her release from rehab.

He added: “Another important part of Lindsay's release, if she does spend time with Dina, is that Dina does not put Lindsay in between, or include her, in any of our differences. Lindsay needs two parents who will stand by her and become united rather than two parents who oppose each other.

“To any extent, I’m proud of Lindsay, I’m happy for her and I want her to be happy, as well. Family is the most important thing in recovery."

The 24-year-old star was told to enter rehab after breaching the conditions of probation set for a 2007 conviction for driving under the influence.

Examiner.com is reporting that the Palins have had enough of snowy Alaska and long for the sun and good life in Arizona.

Bristol has already bought her house there and Sarah is said to be planning to move soon after.

A source told Robotceleb.com that “Both Sarah and Bristol are millionaires and have had enough of Alaska.” They go on to say that Both Sarah and Bristol raved about the sun and great weather in Los Angeles where Bristol Palin recently lived while appearing on the hit show Dancing with the Stars. It is ironic that Sarah will be ending up in the state where her presidential candidate running mate hails from. If Sarah had lived in Arizona in 2008 she could not have run for VP .

There are no ties that bind Sarah to Alaska any more and she will surely prosper in the warmer climate and with far more ease of travel to states like California, not to mention, early primary states in the Midwest and East Coast.

Bristol is apparently set to attend Arizona State University -- one of the great college party schools. Let's hope there isn't another little Palin on the way sooner rather than later. Mama grizzly would not be impressed.

Ashton Kutcher recently did a interview with Men's Fitness and told them the only reason to stay fit is so "If the s**t hits the fan, you can get out of the s**t." He said that he stays fit to protect himself and his family. However, it's not clear what he has to protect them against.

He said that if he ever gets in a bad situation he will be able to get out of it. The 32-year-old is learning krav maga an Israeli fighting technique. He continued by saying "All of my physical fitness regimen is completely tailored around the end of day. I stay fit for no other reason than to save the people I care about."

Porn company wants Demi Lovato’s sex tape

Vivid Entertainment, a pornography distributor, wants to get its hand of Demi Lovato's sex tape so it can be destroyed. Demi Lovato and her representative insists that no such tape exists.

The tape was allegedly filmed while the teen-star was on tour. X17Online.com claimed that her uncle, Francisco Lovato, would stand guard while Lovato needed private time on her tour bus.

Demi's rep said "Perpetrating these completely unfounded rumors from supposed sources while Demi is in treatment dealing with serious physical and emotional issues is disgusting." The rep also pointed out that Demi is estranged from but her uncle and his brother, her father.

However, founder of Vivid, Steve Hirsch spoke to TMS.com. He says that the footage is out there and he wants it. He said "After everything that Demi Lovato has been through, we would never consider distributing a sex tape with her...In fact, we would purchase it and either give it back to her or destroy it."

Colin Farrell parties with family in Dublin

Despite the arctic conditions and widespread airport closures, Hollywood star Colin Farrell managed to make it home to Dublin over the holidays, to spend some time with his family.
The star stepped out with his mother Rita and sister Claudine on either arm for his brother Eamon’s birthday party last Monday night.

The party was held in one of Dublin’s most popular venues, Krystle nightclub.

With his hair pulled back, Farrell kept it casual in a check shirt, grey cardigan, grey jeans and a black leather jacket.

The Dublin born actor recently split from actress Alicja Bachleda, the mother of his one-year-old son Henry .

The actor’s latest film “The Way Back” was released this week and tells the story of a group of soldiers who escape for a Siberian gulag during World War II and escape to India.

Susan Boyle has spoke out about the thief who robbed her home for the first time saying: “I feel sorry for him.”

The Scotttish singer admitted she was scared “half to death” when she walked in on the robber in her home.

But her experience has made her thankful for all she has.

“It’s a shame that people get that desperate in life. It makes you realise just how fortunate you are,” she said.

Although she's now one of the, if not the, most famous actresses in the world she admitted that she still get overwhelmed by intimidating roles. She said " I am going to do On The Road with Walter Salles. I am f***ing freaking out about it.

Millions of “Twilight” fans around the world got a special treat this Christmas when the film’s director Bill Condon released a photo from the set of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2.”

The picture is shows the Swan’s residence decorated for Christmas. The caption from the film’s director reads

“Happy holidays from the Swan home to yours,” Bill.

The Swan house is where Bella and her father Charlie live in the sleepy town of Forks for most of the vampire saga.

Fans are sure the picture is a spoiler from the upcoming second installment of the final “Twilight” film as it is only after Bella is transformed into a vampire that she visits her fathers home at Christmas.

Demi Lovato released from rehab for family Christmas

Disney star Demi Lovato was released from rehab to spend Christmas with her family.

A source told Us magazine “She was allowed to leave for 1/2 day on Christmas Eve and then a full day on Christmas…She was back both nights."

The 18-year-old “Camp Rock 2” star spent the holidays with her mother, step-father and two sisters.

In November Demi checked herself into rehab after dropping out of a tour with the Jonas Brothers. It was said she was suffering from “emotional and physical issues.”

It seems that the treatment facility is suiting her. The source said “She is doing good and is in good spirits…She is committed to the program."

However no final release date has been revealed. The sources said “It's entirely up to the treatment to see how long she will be in there…She will stay as long as the doctor's tell her she needs to stay

Denise Richards dispels rumors that Charlie Sheen is dead

Actress Denise Richards has had to dispel the rumor which was circulated on the Internet that Charlie Sheen was killed in a snowboarding accident.

Richards reached out to the public via Twitter after a rumor appeared online over the Christmas weekend about her ex-husband.

She tweeted “The rumour about Charlie Sheen is not true. He is alive and on his way over to see his daughters. Thank u all your concern [sic].”

As of yet it is unclear where the hoax began. Over the weekend there was much speculation on Twitter and Facebook saying that Sheen had crashed his snowboard into a tree.

Shockya.com have published a photograph of Robert Pattinson, taken by a fan on Christmas Eve in his hometown of London. RPatz, who plays Edward Cullen in “The Twilight Saga” doesn’t seems to be able to leave the house without getting snapped.

Recently while speaking to Now magazine he admitted that the press and fan attention has now gotten so intense that he can’t even go shopping for new clothes. He said that he often goes for days without changing his clothes as the paparazzi make it difficult for him to shop for new ones.

This summer Pattinson took a road trip across the country to visit his girlfriend Kristen Stewart on the set of “On the Road”. His journey was entirely tracked by Twitter users, Facebook and blogs. So much so that Pattinson would actually ask fans, who he greeted politely, to give him a head start before publishing his location online.

It seems strange that he, and Kristen Stewart, are so hounded while just last week Bono and the Edge, from U2, possibly one of the biggest bands in the world, took a train from Clare to Dublin without no dramatic publicity attached while Robert Pattinson can’t even go for a drink in London without it ending up on the Internet.

‘Glee’s’ Jane Lynch promises hissy fit like ‘no one has seen before’

“Glee” star Jane Lynch who plays the fiery and slightly mad Sue Sylvester has said that she will through “a hissy fit the likes of which no one has seen before" when the show returns.

The Fox show will return for a post-Super Bowl special episode on February 6. The specials guest stars will include Gwyneth Paltrow and Katie Couric along with the student’s version of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”.

Lynch said “It’s got so much firepower...There is so much going on in the show that is crazy and funny and wild. I have a hissy fit the likes of which no one has seen before, where I try to destroy the locker room and Principal's office. I try to shoot one of my cheerleaders from a cannon."

She was speaking at the launch of an educational campaign on teenage mobile phone misuse. Lynch has done a series of short videos about texting while driving, sexting, cyberbullying and other misuses of mobile phones.

Robert Pattinson fans will have to wait a bit longer for "Water for Elephants"

The release date of Robert Pattinson's upcoming film "Water for Elephants" has been pushed back one week from April 15 to April 22, according to Hollywoodnews.com.

The film is an adaptation of Sara Gruen's bestselling novel and stars Reese Witherspoon as well as Pattinson. 20th Century Fox is moving "Water for Elephants" to take advantage of the Easter holiday weekend.

Pattinson fans will just have to wait that much longer.

‘Glee’s’ Jane Lynch is disappointed with President Obama

Despite passage of ‘Don’t Ask Don’t tell,' ‘Glee’s’ Jane Lynch has said that she is disappointed in President Obama. The gay actor said that he is not doing enough for gay rights.

Lynch, who is married to psychologist Lara Embry, admitted that she had greater expectations for President Obama when he took he took over in the White House in 2008.

Speaking to Dan Savage, from the Stranger, Lynch said “We thought the great hope of Obama was going to magically change all that, and it doesn't seem to have ...  He's just nicely walking the middle."

When asked whether she thought Antoinin Scalia, the Supreme Court Justice was gay, a suspicion of Savage’s, she said, “Totally! The next religious person who tells you there's something wrong with being a homosexual, start the countdown. It's psychology 101--the people who are the loudest and hate it the most, hate something in themselves.”

Lynch also spoke openly against religious conservatives who are the main rivals of gay privileges.

MTV has compiled a list of their favorite couples from 2010 and low and behold who’s at the top of the list? That’s right, every Twihard’s favorite the wonderful Robsten, “Twilight’s” Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.

The site pointed out that the secrecy surrounding the relationship simply made them more fascinating. MTV said, “They may refuse to talk about it, but 2010 seemed to confirm long-simmering suspicions that RPatz and KStew had taken their onscreen love affair offscreen, thanks to a number of high-profile sightings over the course of the year.”

Although in some instances the paparazzi went over the top it was clear that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s every move was being followed by the general public this year. The fact that Robert’s road trip across America which was tracked by fans who spotted the star along the way shows just how crazy their fans are for information on their every move.

Then of course there was the MTV Movie Awards kiss in June. Perhaps not most passionate affair but memorable all the same. Then came their recent trip to Buenos Aires which was possibly the most closely followed film shoot in history.

Those other couples who made it on to the list include Katy Perry and Russell Brand, 50 Cent and Chelsea Handler, Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal and Sammi and Ronnie.

All of those aside, it’s clear that the international obsession with Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart makes them the couple of the year for 2010.

Colin Farrell’s heart melts for children with rare skin disease ---- Tough guy actor shows soft side at Dublin fundraiser

Although Colin Farrell had returned home to Dublin for Christmas with his family he took time out to meet with Debra Ireland, an organization that provides support to ‘butterfly children’, whose skin blisters at the slightest touch.

Farrell felt he could identify with the parents of these children as his own son suffers from health problems. The disease in question is epidermolysis bullosa (EB) and he spent two hours talking to families before he whisked eight lucky ladies off for dinner at the famous Irish American steak house, Shanahan’s on St Stephen’s Green.

His own son, James, aged 7, was wrongly diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the age of one-and-a-half. The doctors later found that he was suffering from a condition called Angelman Syndrome. He said that he can sympathize with parents whose children suffer with health problems.

Speaking to the Herald he said “Everyone's journey is specific to them. So I can't say I understand how the parents feel -- the confusion and fear, concern for the future of their children, nor can I understand the pain they are going through…But at the same time I have my own version of the experience."

Farrell was particularly touched by Emma Fogarty's story. The 26-year-old is the patient ambassador with Debra Ireland and has had EB since birth. Emma’s fingers have fused together and she finds it difficult to walk. She has spent months in hospital.

He said that he could not imagine the suffering that people with EB go through.

“With James's condition -- there is not really that much pain involved…But with EB there is so much pain and discomfort on a daily basis and just being incredibly cautious not to knock things."

"It's just astonishing what some people deal with on a daily basis - how it's just the simple things we take for granted, that we are so fortunate."

He said “I think this will be a completely enriching experience for me.

"I'm really grateful that I can be here, have a laugh and hopefully we can have a lovely dinner and that in itself is reason enough for me to come home."

Farrell has to travel by boat to get home for Christmas as planes in London and Dublin had been grounded by snow storms.

Have just watched your sad little movie.

it is called Meet the Fockers' part 86 or something and I really want to make a plea to you.

Please stop making dumb movies.

I brought a six year old and even he thought it was dumb after about twenty minutes.

Everyone knows you are the greatest actor of your generation, who can forget 'Taxi Driver', 'Raging Bull' etc, but your reputation is like one of those bad diaper jokes in the latest Fockers.

It's getting smellier by the year and there seems no good reason for it.

You can't need the dough and you certainly can't think you are advancing your body of work as the experts put it.

So please get back to real movies before your magnificent reputation is terminally damaged.

I'm glad to see you are reuniting with Martin Scorsese for 'The Irishman' about a hit Irish mob guy.

That sounds wonderful -- run, don't walk to the role.

It could be your savior and it would make all of us De Niro fans out there so happy to see you strut your stuff.

So please Bobby make it happen soon.

Kristen Stewart may be the envy of women around the world as the on-and-off screen girlfriend of Robert Pattinson, but they actress admits their “Twilight” characters are a little wacky.

Speaking about the “Twilight” film adaption of Stephaine Meyers books, the actress told Zimbio: “Our movie is’t perfect”.

“None of our characters are perfect at all. They’re all so completely crazy and messed up and that’s why they go well together. They don’t make excuses for their weirdness and they accept each other for who they are.”

Kristen also talked about her favorite scenes from the recently released “Eclipse” in which Bella, Jacob and Edward are hiding out in wilderness in sub zero conditions. Arch enemies Edward and Jacob have to put place their differences aside during the intense scenes.

“To shoot the scene felt good because she’s always wanted Jacob and Edward to level with each other finally,” she said. “It’s funny that it takes place while she’s sleeping in between them.”

Kristen has been nominated for three People Choice Awards, including Favorite Movie Actress, Favorite Movie Star Under 25, and Favorite On Screen Team.

Robert Pattinson has topped a poll of who you would most like to kiss under the mistletoe.

The poll which was conducted by the dating website BeNaughty revealed that the “Twilight” star was the most popular choice ahead of George Clooney, Johnny Depp and David Beckham.

Robert was voted the ‘Sexiest Man Alive” by Glamour magazine earlier this year.

Speaking about the results, Sean Wood, Operations Manager at Easydate which operates BeNaughty, said: “There is a lot of doom and gloom around at the moment and pressure for people to have the perfect Christmas with lots of presents and all the trimmings. It’s nice to know that people are getting into the festive spirit and enjoying the lighter side of Christmas.”

The current Miss Ireland, Rozanna Purcell, can’t say enough good things about the one and only (thank God) Donald Trump, who she met during the Miss Universe contest that he runs earlier this year.

The Donald liked seventh place finisher Rozanna so much that he inked her to a deal with his Trump Model Management group, and she’s spent the past few months here being put through the paces by Donald and his minions.

Trump, says Rozanna, “has been amazing to me since I met him at the Miss Universe final.  I've really bonded with him and he has been so great to me since the contest. We meet up all the time and, no matter where I am in the world, he rings me to make sure I'm getting on well,” she wrote in a piece for the Evening Herald newspaper in Dublin.

“He is always telling me that he's going to make sure they turn me into a star -- they are his words but it's nice to have that level of support.”

Only 20 years old, the Clonmel, Co. Tipperary native has returned to Ireland for the holidays, but will be back in the Big Apple come January. 

Dakota Fanning films “Twilight” finale with Robert Pattinson

Dakota Fanning joined her “Twilight” co-stars recently to film the final scenes of the latest vampire saga in Louisiana.
The final installment of the “Twilight, Breaking Dawn” saga has been split into two separate films.

Fans thought the films were being shot chronologically when Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewert recently headed to Brazil to film  their honeymoon scenes.

However with Dakota Fanning shooting the finale scenes of the vampire saga it seems that the finale for the second part of the final film has already been shot but isn’t expected to hit the screens for almost two years.

Fanning plays a powerful Volturi vampire Jane, who plays an integral role in the final stages of the film.

Fans will see her play out a confrontational stand off between Robert and Kristen’s characters.

Jenny McCarthy would love another child

The 38-year-old actress has an eight-year-old son Ivan – who suffers from autism - with ex-husband John Asher and would love to provide him with some brothers or sisters in the near future.

She said: “Evan’s so funny, he’s the love of my life. I live for making his life the best it can be. I feel like the potential of maybe getting married and maybe having another baby on my own is out there. Even though the clock’s ticking, well not really.”

Earlier this year, Jenny and Jim Carrey ended their five-year relationship, and she then had a four-month romance with model Jason Toohey.

Though she is single again, the blonde beauty isn’t worried about her personal situation too much.

She told US TV show ‘Extra’: “I feel like some one’s out there but I just want to work on me first a little bit more.”

The former Playboy model has a wish-list for her attributes of her perfect man and “employed” is one of the main requirements.

She said: "I'm definitely what I call on the market. And wanting to attract somebody who is the best reflection of who I am now. I feel much more grown up, I feel much more grounded.

“I like tall men with dark hair, employed could be a good one. Someone who makes me laugh, someone who can communicate, someone who is open and has a big heart, who loves their family, loves their mom. That’s really important to me.”

Lindsay Lohan’s father has cried tears of joy over her recovery

Michael Lohan – who recently reconciled with the troubled actress after years of estrangement – revealed the ‘Machete’ star has been moved to a secret location following problems at the sober house where she had been staying under the supervision of staff at the Betty Ford rehabilitation clinic.

He said: “I do know that Lindsay has been moved to a secret location and is still actively involved in the programme- and honestly doing better than ever.

“She had me in tears last night when I saw her; she is doing incredibly well and I am so proud to be her father.”

The showbiz patriarch also blasted reports that Lindsay had been involved in an illicit party at her residence, insisting she has continually tested negative for alcohol and other illegal substances.

He added to RadarOnline.com: “There was never a party at Lindsay's sober house. The situation arose as Lindsay and two other girls were on a pass. Lindsay was getting her hair done while the other two girls went their own way. When it was time to get back, Lindsay and the two girls had a problem meeting up, to which they wound up being 10 minutes later back to the property.

“Lindsay and the other two girls tested negative for drugs and alcohol.”

The 51-year-old star and his fellow judges will be seen drinking the beverage during the show and backstage in behind-the-scenes footage, with the music mogul is said to be delighted to have landed such a huge promotional deal.

A source said: “The deal is ostensibly between broadcaster Fox and Freemantle who make the show, not between Simon and his company Syco.

“But it’s a massive coup for him and shows how the big brands are all desperate to be associated with a man seemed to have the Midas touch.”

The sponsorship deal is a huge boost for the music mogul as he prepares to launch the Stateside show next year, with main rival, Simon’s former show ‘American Idol’, enjoying a similar yet smaller deal with Coco-Cola worth $35 million.

The source added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: “the icing on the cake is that American Idol – which Simon used to be a judge on – is sponsored by Pepsi’s biggest rival. Simon is absolutely thrilled.”

Details of the show are still being kept under wraps with Simon set to announce the panel of judges – rumoured to include Cheryl Cole, Nicole Scherzinger, Noel Gallagher and George Michael – early next year.

Paris Hilton evacuated from plane after a knife was found on board

The heiress and her boyfriend Cy Waits were on an aircraft destined for the Hawaiian island of Maui when it was detained at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) after a passenger found a four-inch serrated knife in a seat pocket.

Paris tweeted “We were about to take off then security made everyone deplane because they found a big knife on board the plane. Scary that it got on plane.

“They just finished the security sweep of the plane. About to board again. So strange a knife got on board. Can't wait to get to Maui.”

However it was quickly revealed the knife was in fact a box-cutter belonging to the airline crew and passengers were soon allowed back on board. Police were not called as airline officials knew who the blade belonged to.

Paris later updated her twitter account to reveal =he and Cy finally made it to Maui.

She wrote: “Just landed safely in Maui. Aloha!

“Hawaii is one of the most beautiful places on earth! So happy to be here! :) (sic)”

The pair have joined Paris’ sister Nicky Hilton and her boyfriend David Katzenberg for a pre-Christmas break on the island.

Paris tweeted: “Hanging out with my love, @NickyHilton and @DavidKatzenberg. So nice to be with family and loved ones.”

The ‘Love and Other Drugs’ star is said to have taken her two-year romance with actor Adam Shulman to another level and agreed to live with him in his New York apartment.

A source told Life & Style magazine said “She's moved into his Brooklyn pad. They've been together for a long time, so she's confident about moving in with him."

Anne started dating Adam shortly after splitting from Raffaello Follieri – who was sentenced to four-and-a-half years in prison in 2008 after pleading guilty to cheating investors out of millions of dollars – and though she was left “embarrassed” by the end of her previous relationship, she insists it never put her off the idea of finding love again.

She told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: “I felt so foolish initially, and I expected everyone to judge me, but all I got =fom family members, friends and strangers – from every corner – was compassion. I found it so humbling, and it really got me through everything.

“Goodness, it was a bad relationship. It was an embarrassing break-up, but what I went through is not that big a deal compared to what many people go through.

“I think the thing that I have learnt is that a bad love experience is no reason to fear a new love experience. Everybody has bad relationships and, at the end of the day, they are just a great way to set yourself up for a good relationship.”

Bono, Edge stuck in a moment as arctic Irish weather grounds them

Bono and the Edge were stuck in a moment yesterday and it wasn't a beautiful day -- thanks to Ireland's arctic weather.

Passengers on the 4.25 from Cork to Dublin were astonished yesterday to find Bono and The Edge lining up like the rest of them for seats.

The dynamic duo were trying to make it back to Dublin from Australia for the Christmas but found Ireland's weather conditions almost got the better of them.

Their flight from Perth, Australia was diverted to Cork Airport because of the snow storm.

Once there the U2 lads could not find what they were looking for , a car to take them to Dublin as the roads were impassable.

So they took the train instead.

"As far as we understand Bono and Edge had been delayed and had spent 36 hours travelling from Perth, Australia when they were diverted to Cork. They contacted us and we were delighted to have them as passengers on Irish Rail yesterday," Barry Kenny of Irish Rail told the Irish Independent.

Stunned passengers originally thought they were part of a U2 tribute band.

Bu once they realized who they were, the U2 mates were were more that ready to sign autographs and chat to fellow passengers.

And they made it back home for Christmas.

So all will be quiet on New Year's Day with the duo back home. Let's hope they find what theyare looking for

Lady Gaga groped by a female fan in Paris

When man-handled by a female fan in Paris this week, Lady Gaga didn’t bat an eyelid but instead choose to embrace her eager fan while leaning in for a hug and a kiss.

The “Bad Romance” star was due to perform two concerts in France but had to cancel due to the bad weather.

Dressed in a beige, low cur Victorian-style gown and John Lennon-esque sunglasses, the New Yorker stepped onto the street of Paris where she was met by her normal barrage of screaming fans.

Gaga even gave a preview of his forthcoming album “Born this Way” while on the tour circuit in London.

"Now, I don't know if you know this, but for those of you who don't know, I write all my own music. Every single lyric, melody and note was created by me. I am not manufactured. I'm a bad cat and coming for you 'cause I believe in you and I. It's not that I don't like to be humble, it's just that pop music has a pretty bad rap," Gaga explained to a crowd in London.

Lindsay Lohan suspect in battery investigation- SEE VIDEO

Lindsay Lohan is a suspect in a criminal battery investigation and the alleged victim is a staff member at the Betty Forde clinic where the troubled actress is a patient.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the staff member wants the "Mean Girls" star to be prosecuted for the offence.

The Palm Desert Police Department have launched an investigation in the alleged altercation which occurred after Lohan and her rehab room-mates arrived home for a bar. Upon their arrival which breached the curfew the incident between Lohan and the staff member occurred.

Local police received a call at 1.03am on December 12th for what is being described as "hand-to-hand battery."

After a three month court ordered stint in the rehab clinic, Lohan is scheduled to be released on January 3rd.

Not only is he a worldwide heart-throb but now Robert Pattinson can also add kissing to his list of talents, according to his latest co-star Christina Ricci . 

Ricci and Pattinson co-star in the upcoming film “Bel Ami” which is based on the 1885 novel by the French author Guy Maupassant.

Speaking about the film Ricci recently said that the 24-year-old is a “good kisser”.

“He’s a lovely human being also,” said the 30-year-old star, who appeared last Monday on the “Rachel Ray Show.” 

“He’s just a silly, fun guy; we laughed a lot. He makes fun of himself all the time; he’s adorable,” she added.

The film is set for release in May 2011.
