Matthew McConaughey's children ran down the aisle when they saw him at his wedding.

The 'Killer Joe' actor's children Levi, four, and Vida, two, played key roles when he married their mother Camila Alves at their Texas home earlier this month and though they were easily distracted, he says things "worked out" in the end.

He explained on 'TODAY': "Levi brought the rings on a necklace. Vida was the flower girl.
"I don't think she dropped one petal.

"It was only 25 yards. It took them two minutes to make it this far. They stopped, talked to some guests. Then I crouched down and they came running this way and it all worked out."

The 42-year-old actor is thrilled with how "healthy" all aspects of his life are at the moment.

He added: "My life is healthy. Personal life is good, career feels good and we'll just keep on cultivating."

Meanwhile, the actor admits he has "always" wanted to be a father, even when he had uncertainty about other aspects of his life.

He told the Metro newspaper: "One thing I always knew I wanted to be, since I was eight years old, was to be a father.

"When I was 20, I didn't know what I wanted for a career but I knew I wanted to be a father. The men I looked up to the most were fathers - men who raised good kids."

Anne Hathaway's ex Raffaello Follieri is happy she has found love

Speaking from his native Italy - after he was deported back there since spending nearly five years in a Pennsylvania prison - he revealed his well wishes for 'The Devil Wears Prada' actress.

He told ABC News' 'Nightline': "I want only the best for this person; she was very sweet to me. We had, I think, a very nice relationship. I don't have anything bad to say."

In the interview aired on American television on Wednesday he spoke about his guilty plea on charges of conspiracy, money laundering and wire fraud.

Anne and Raffaello split prior to his 2008 arrest and haven't since spoken.

The 33-year-old businessman said: "One thing that being in custody taught me is that it is not worth it to be bitter because if you are bitter you are never really going to be free.

"I'm not trying to clear my name. I'm just trying to go on and live my life."

He continued: "One choice is to give up and be broken psychologically forever, or stay strong and overcome it. And I [chose] the second one."

The 29-year-old screen star, Anne, appears in 'The Dark Knight Rises', which opens in cinemas on July 20.

Susan Boyle awarded honorary doctorate for her creativity

Susan Boyle is to be given an honorary doctorate for her contribution to the creative industries.

The 'Britain's Got Talent' reject will be honoured by Edinburgh's Queen Margaret University where she studied for a certificate in caring.

The degree is for work in society at large, which the university says reflects its commitment to the communities it serves.

Susan achieved international fame with her television debut in 2009 when she sang 'I Dreamed A Dream' from the musical 'Les Miserables'.

One YouTube clip of the performance from the Blackburn-born star has 21.5 million hits.

Her debut album, 'I Dreamed A Dream', was at the time the fastest-selling debut album ever.

With the release of two further albums, Susan has since sold around 18 million albums worldwide and has 120 platinum and gold albums across 38 countries.

She has sung on television in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Ireland and Japan, and performed for Pope Benedict XVI and the Queen.

Susan sang live to half a billion people on the TV show 'China's Got Talent'.

Also honoured in the university ceremony on July 6 will be psychologist Professor Colwyn Trevarthen, accountant Professor Ian Percy CBE and hotelier Norman Springford.

Earlier this month Susan had an emotional breakdown at a motorway services area.

Apparently she began screaming and weeping in front of shocked families following a stage performance of the 'I Dreamed A Dream' show that starred her in Manchester, England.

The 51-year-old - who has mild learning difficulties - is said to have unleashed a "torrent of abuse" at Knutsford Services in Cheshire.

The Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister choose a design from the popular Irish designer for her outing to the annual British tournament alongside her brother James.

Pippa choose a cotton blue and white macrame jacket with 3/4 length sleeves, white contrasting trims and button fastening by Orla Kiely, in what was a stylish yet elegant look.

A member of the Queen's Tennis Club, the 28-year-old is a regular attendee at the tournament.

Also a fan of the Irish designer, her big sister Kate wore a green Orla Kiely coat-dress on St Patrick's Day and a brown dress for one of her public appearances during the Jubilee tour of Britain.

An Irish born designer based in London, Kiely most recently collaborated with the clothing brand Uniqlo.

The 'One Thing' hitmakers - which are comprised of Harry Styles, 18, Zayn Malik, 19, Liam Payne, 18, Niall Horan, 18, and Louis Tomlinson, 20 - have admitted they like female fans throwing their underwear at them on stage, but claim they can be a health hazard.

Liam said: "We've nearly fallen over knickers on stage."

Harry wasn't too worried, however, as he quipped: "I like knickers".

The boy band - who were formed by Simon Cowell on 'The X Factor' in 2010 - are accustomed to bizarre behaviour from their fans but they still sometimes get shocked by their obsessive antics.

Louis recounted to Britain's OK! magazine: "In Italy, there was a girl who recognised us and we had a picture taken with her. Then out of pure randomness I decided to splat my ice-cream on her face - and she kept it there.

"I saw her two hours later at our signing and she still hadn't wiped it off!"

An insider told website E! Online: "They were so polite to the waitress and giggling away. They were relaxed as if it was their local restaurant, like normal people."

The Berkshire restaurant was thought to be chosen as it is close to where Brad and Angelina Jolie are leasing a house while she shoots Disney movie 'Maleficent'.

George had recently spent at his Lake Como, Italy home with girlfriend, former World Wrestling Entertainment star Stacy Keibler.

George treated his pet dog to a spa day last week.

'The Descendants' actor owns a black cocker spaniel mix Einstein, who he enrolled in local pet grooming centre Comodog.

While there, Einstein reportedly got the works, a bath, a haircut and even a massage.

Sir Paul McCartney believes in the ’healing power’ of music

The Beatles legend insists song has a "powerful" effect and even claims to have cured a headache by listening to one of his favorite records.

Speaking on 'The Ronnie Wood Show', he said: "All it is, its little vibrations reaching your heart.  Music, you know, it's only little vibrations, little words and little things, but it has this powerful effect.

"And the healing power of music is serious.  I remember I had a mate called Ian James, just my little teenage mate, school mate, and we used to go down the fairs together and things.

"I remember one day I went back to his house and I had a headache, steaming headache, and I thought 'Oh God', but we put on 'All Shook Up' by Elvis.  By the time that record had ended I didn't have a headache."

The 'Get Back' hitmaker also revealed his late bandmate John Lennon's vanity used to cause some amusing mishaps.

He explained: "He wore horn-rimmed glasses, but any time there was any girls around he'd whip them off, and then he couldn't see a bloody thing, you know, he'd be as blind as a bat.

"One day we were writing together, John and I, it was around Christmas, and he used to come down to me, we'd write in the evening and he'd walk back up to his house, which was like a mile away or something, and he's walking back one night.

"As I say, if there was any possibility of girls around he wouldn't wear the horn-rims.  He's walking back, and I saw him the next day, he said, 'Do you know, those people on that corner of Booker Avenue, they're mad!'

He said, 'What time was it when I left you last night?'  I said, 'I don't know, about 11.30 or something'.  He said, 'Yeah, well I went passed their house and they were out, still playing cards in front of their house'.  I said, 'I can't believe it'.

"So I go by there later and it's a nativity scene. You know, Mary and Joseph bent over the baby Jesus.  I said 'Get your glasses on, man!' "

The couple have befriended the 18-year-old One Direction singer and are surprised that, despite the number of girls his own age who throw themselves at him, he prefers to date older women.

Selena told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Justin has become really good buddies with the guys in One Direction and we know some beautiful young women in the industry who have major crushes on Harry.

"He could probably take his pick from the hottest young girls in Hollywood but from what Justin has been telling me, it's not the young girls he's looking at.

"I guess you just can't blame him when you see how hot women such as Cameron Diaz, Eva Longoria and Sofia Vergara look.

"Both me and Justin still have really hot mums and Justin was like, 'Harry might have become one of my best buddies, but with his record, we need to keep him away from our mums.' "

Meanwhile, a young fan managed to evade One Direction's security team at a show in Houston, Texas, by dressing as Louis Tomlinson's girlfriend Eleanor Calder - and even convinced some of the 'One Thing' hitmaker's bandmates that she was the student.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Fans outside the gig believed this girl was Eleanor and started hounding her about Louis and asking for her autograph.

"Security saw the commotion and took her inside the venue to present to Louis, who obviously told them it wasn't her."

The 'Up' singer is poised to marry her England rugby ace fiance Ben Foden at a secret venue near Thurles, Ireland this coming Saturday.

Una's bandmates - Mollie King, Frankie Sandford, Vanessa White and Rochelle Wiseman - will be bridesmaids, while other guests will include boy band JLS and Ben's team mate Mike Tindall and his wife Zara Phillips, who is 14th in line to the British throne.

Una, 30, gave birth to daughter Aoife Belle in March, and said last week: "I want a nice, laid-back, fun day."
Rochelle - who is marrying JLS star Marvin Humes - and Una had a joint hen party in May with their bandmates, partying at  London's Rose Club.

Una has also said she has been inspired since Aoife's birth to pen a track especially for her.

She said: "And she seems to like it when I sing to her. I'm writing her a song called 'Aoife Belle'. Having her has really inspired me to get back into writing music and playing guitar."

The marriage is taking place just after Ben, 26, returns from England's rugby tour of South Africa.

U2’s Edge a real life superhero - saves US tourist’s bacon by returning their lost bag

U2’s lead guitarist, The Edge, showed himself to be an all round nice bloke this week when he saved a family of American tourists a lot of hassle.

The family returned to their hotel, Fitzpatrick’s Castle Hotel, in Killiney, Dublin, only to realize that they’d has lost their backpage, which contained all of their passports. What a nightmare!

Low and behold, who happened to be walking by the train station, where they had left their bag? Nice-guy The Edge!

He picked up the backpack and noted the hotel’s address on the bag. He had the back delivered to the hotel and popped a signed copy of U2's CD inside with the inscription “Hope your journey ends well”.

The father of the family was delighted, being a massive U2 fan.

The hotel reception manager, Luighsighe Kenny, said "It was amazing because the father is such a huge U2 fan and went to see one of their live shows in the 80s."

"They didn't want really want to publicize it because The Edge had done it privately, but they said it was such a nice story that they agreed to put their photo on our Facebook page."

So there ye have it! If we've learned anything from this it is don't worry about keeping track of your belongs while vacationing in Ireland. A member of the largest band in the world will have your back!! What a story to come home with.

While greeting cheering onlookers, “Today Show” host, Ann Curry, who was recently given her marching orders, got a slap in the nose from a crowd-panning camera.

It was a complete accident and everyone on the scene responded very light heartedly to the situation.

Although the camera hit Curry’s nose which she is seen holding after she continued to laugh and say that she did break her nose before, after Lauer added, “That was reminiscent of the revolving door incident of years ago.”

When the camera made its way back to Curry, Roker, Morales and Lauer, Ann remained composed as Morales assured her, “Your nose is OK,” while Roker joked that her dental work still looked great.

After a great recovery made by all, the Today crew provided viewers with a replay in case they missed it the first time.

Roker provided the commentary- “Here we go- boom!”

Casey Anthony’s former attorney says he believes she’s mentally ill

Jose Baez, attorney for the now infamously acquitted-of-murder Casey Anthony, has written a new book in which he takes readers behind the scenes of the trial involving the mother of the deceased toddler Caylee Anthony.

In the book "Presumed Guilty, Casey Anthony: The Inside Story," Baez decisively describes his former client as mentally ill and that she had created a fantasy world in which she was living before and during the trial.

Baez believes that Anthony’s lies weren’t a sign of guilt, but rather "serious mental health issues."

The Associated Press, who purchased an advance issue of the book prior to its July 3rd release, reports that Baez writes that detectives "should have stopped and realized, 'Wait a minute, we're not dealing with someone who is playing with a full deck.'"

Anthony wove an intricate web of lies during her trial which led to her being found guilty on four misdemeanor counts of lying to investigators. She was found innocent of murdering her 2 year old daughter Caylee.

Investigators grew rightly suspicious when it was discovered that Casey Anthony had waited a month before reporting her daughter missing to police. Further, her stories as to what could have happened to little Caylee were wildly inaccurate. Still, there was no definitive evidence uncovered linking her directly to the murder of Caylee.

In the book, Baez shares that Anthony was hiding out in New York following her acquittal of murder. She remained up north away  from Florida until she had to return to serve probation for unrelated charges.

Baez reports falling into a depression in the aftermath of the trial, and says he found it hard to find joy in his wife’s pregnancy. While he criticizes Circuit Judge Belvin Perry's rulings during the trial, he is happy that the judge allowed him to pick a fair jury.

Writes Baez, "The public may have been convinced that I was an idiot but I let it all roll off my back.”

The 49-year-old actor is reportedly a fan of the expensive treatment - which involves mixing nightingale excrement with rice bran and water and applying as a face mask - and is thrilled with the "fantastic" boost his complexion has had since he began the procedures.

A source close to the actor - who is married to Katie Holmes - said: "Tom doesn't go in for Botox or surgery but he does pay close attention to all the new and popular natural treatments.

"He recently started experimenting with the nightingale poo facial. It was recommended by a Hollywood pal and the results have been fantastic."

Tom is said to be "proud" to have turned to the treatment - of which Victoria Beckham is rumoured to be a fan - instead of turning to cosmetic surgery as he gets older.

The source added to Now magazine: "Tom doesn't see splashing out on the facials as him being vain or weird - in fact, he points out there are much wackier fads out there. And he's proud of himself for avoiding the temptations of plastic surgery."

When asked if he prefers mature women, he replied: "Anything up to my mum's age, she's 44!"

Speaking about his worst ever kiss, he confessed: "Somebody cut my lip once! She came in a bit fast, hit my lip onto my tooth and it started bleeding. There was blood everywhere."

And when it comes to impressing the One Direction hunk, he prefers girls with plenty of personality as he once had a girlfriend who "killed conversation" by being mind-numbingly boring.

He said: "I went out with a girl who was so shy she barely said a word. I'd say: 'What have you been up to?'

But Harry is not the only member of the 'What Makes You Beautiful' hitmakers who have had bad dating experiences, as Zayn Malik, 19, revealed he once dated a girl who had a "really weird laugh".

In a joint interview with their fellow One Direction bandmates - Liam Payne, 18, Niall Horan, 18, and Louis Tomlinson, 20, - Zayn added to OK! magazine: "I went on a date with this girl once and she was really nice, but whenever I said anything she would laugh - and her laugh was a really weird laugh. We didn't go any further than that one date."

When he is not busy kissing deceased animals, the 18-year-old singer has found time to tone his muscles in an attempt to improve his physical and mental strength.

He explained: "I've started working out more and getting a bit heavier. I'm just staying fit and active, and want to be strong physically and mentally. It's good for touring. You've got to have agility."

While he has been doing pull-ups and chin-ups, Justin admits he is not yet in peak physical condition and gets "tired easily" when he is working out, but he hopes to rectify that by going out for runs "a lot more" often.

He added to We Love Pop magazine: "I also do pull-ups and chin-ups. I can do about 25 in a row. I do need to run more, I get tired easily.

"My cardio isn't what it should be."

Charlie Sheen reportedly went on a drug-fueled rampage last weekend

The incident allegedly took place when the 'Anger Management' star escorted his ex-wife, Denise Richards, and their daughters Sam and Lola to New York City.

The 41-year-old actress was promoting her new movie 'Madea's Witness Protection' when Charlie apparently decided to party with female escorts in his Ritz hotel room.

A source told Us Magazine: "He totally trashed the hotel room. Escorts were seen coming and leaving. "In the end, Charlie was told that he wasn't welcome at another Ritz property ever again."

The 46-year-old screen star infamously trashed his hotel room of the Plaza Hotel back in 2010 with Denise and their children just a few doors away.

However a spokesperson  appeared to deny he had got himself into trouble.

A representative said: "Charlie enjoyed quality time with his family this weekend including the Yankee/Met baseball game Friday night. He hosted a dinner Monday night for family and friends in his hotel suite with food delivered by Da Tommaso on 8th Avenue."

The insider added: "Denise is kicking herself for not learning her lesson."

She said: "I think he can find a lot worse available on the Internet these days.

"I think people make such a big deal sometimes about it, when I feel like it just comes down to how you raise your child and how you explain things to your kid."

However, Jenny - who is currently dating sports star Brian Urlacher - is coy about showing off the images in her home and does not like to display them for all to see.

She told People.com: "I don't have one magazine cover up, period.

The DailyMail shows that as he was decked out in a white Atlanta Braves tank top and carrying flip flops, Niall Horan, native of Mullingar in Ireland, waved and blew kisses to some of his fans who were waiting outside of the pop sensation’s hotel.

Not far behind Niall were his bandmates Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson.

Following the Atlanta show, Niall Horan took to his Twitter (@NiallOfficial) and said “Atlanta,that was soo loud it was incredible! Nuts as a squirell's breakfast ! Couldnt hear a word i was singing or saying, thank you so much”

Prior to the show, Horan shared with his 4.3 million followers that “On the way to arena, been recording all morning! Cant wait t get more guitar on track, be good to jam with @GuitarmanDan on next years tour!”

Kristen Stewart flew across the country to attend the New Jersey wedding of her friend, Hollywood producer Kevin Turen, this Saturday. Her mistake? Forgetting to pack a dress, People reported. 

Stewart quickly borrowed a short navy Zac Posen dress from the groom’s sister, which matched her Louboutins, People reported. Apparently the memory lapse only extended to articles of clothing intended to cover the body, not the feet.

But for reasons open to speculation — comfort? style? — Stewart was back to wearing jeans by cocktail hour. She did combine them with a smart blazer, but underneath wore a black tank top sheer enough to show her bra.

After the wedding, which Stewart attended in coupley fashion with Robert Pattinson, Stewart flew to Paris for a shoot, according to the Daily Mail.

All star patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen have sold their Beacon Street penthouse in Boston for $9.2 million.

According to Boston Herald, the  three bedroom property sold for more than $1 million below its listing price for $10 million.

A listing for the property by Gibson Sotherby’s International Realty said the “impeccably designed” condo property on the 300 block of Beacon Street measures 5,311 square feet, and offers “sweeping views of the Charles River.”

Other highlights of the property include a landscaped roof deck with a sky kitchen, grand living room w/vaulted ceiling & dual fireplaces, a  sumptuous Master Suite with marble bath and a his/her dressing room.

George rescued his pet from a shelter in Los Angeles, and when he first got him Einstein was overweight with dry eye and an underactive thyroid, and had been living in a "filthy, crowded dog run."

George said he won the dog over the first time he met him, through the clever application of some meatballs.

He said: "I start to panic that Einstein is not going to like me. So I run into the kitchen, where I have these turkey meatballs, and I rub them all over my shoes.

"This woman opens the door, and who knew Einstein was such a food w***e on top of everything? He throws himself at my feet."

The 'Anger Management' actor had an erratic 2011 - confessing to "banging seven-gram rocks" of crack-cocaine - but even though he successfully completed home treatment for substances and alcohol, he said rehab is not for him.

Charlie, who is now drug free but still drinks alcohol, told TV show 'Good Morning America': "I don't believe in rehab anymore. It's not for me. It's not for everyone. It's not a one-size-fits-all and it didn't fit me."

Referring to US beer brand Miller, he added: "We live in a country where it's always Miller Time so what are you going to do? It's happy hour somewhere in the world."

Charlie does regret some of his outbursts, many of which were personal and directed at certain people, including 'Two and a Half Men' creator Chuck Lorre, and lost him his multi-million dollar job starring in the show.

Charlie's new series, 'Anger Management', sees him portray a therapist, and he drew on his own experience for the show.

He added: "The key for me would have been the advice I got when I was in anger management myself for a year and that is you can always leave the room.

"It is odd to look at some of the clips and some of the stuff and think, 'Wow that was me, that was me. Wow.'

"It's a crazy character study on some level that will hopefully be valuable in the future."

Charlie also said he is keen to concentrate on being a better father in future to his five children, daughters Cassandra, 18, from a relationship with Paula Profit; Sam, eight, and Lola, seven, from is marriage to Denise Richards,and three-year-old twin sons Bob and Max with his third wife, Brooke Mueller.

Viewers expecting a steamy romp between Kate Beckinsale and on-screen husband Colin Farrell may be disappointed with the remake of 1990’s “Total Recall”.

“It wasn’t a sex scene,” Beckinsale said in an interview with Empire magazine. “It was more of a frisky hug.”

In an interview with Ellen Degeneres on Ellen, Beckinsale described the same scene as “sort of kissing in the bed with underpants.”

Len Wiseman, Beckinsale’s real-life husband, directs the film, and the unexpectedly tame scene in question.

Beckinsale downplayed the awkwardness of filming a sex scene with another man in front of her husband - at least, the awkwardness for her. Any discomfort belonged to the men, she joked.

He said: "Last night Shane told me, 'All I want to do is just get on with it. Pick up the pieces, go out on a high with Westlife and start again.'"

Shane spent "months" working with a team of financial experts to help him get out of trouble, but he was recently  ruled officially bankrupt at Kingston County Court, Surrey.

The 32-year-old star - who had to sell his Aston Martin for £322,000 - said: "Together with a team of financial and legal experts I have spent months exploring all possible alternatives to bankruptcy but to no avail.

"I have worked long and hard to try to reduce my debts, and I am devastated that it came to this conclusion.
"I now intend to focus on the remaining dates of the Westlife tour and my commitments to the band before looking to rebuild a future for my wife, my three children and myself."

Shane is dealing with his plight at his and Gillian's home in Surrey, and his bankruptcy will only last for one year in England, provided he complies with the courts, compared to 12 years in Ireland.

The singer's financial downfall came after his and his brother Finbarr's company Shafin Developments borrowed millions from Bank of Ireland and Ulster Bank during the economic boom with a view to constructing a 90-home estate in Dromahair, County Leitrim - but only 50 houses had been built when the site was recently inspected.

The U2 bassist's former aide Carol Hawkins denies stealing 181 cheques from the musician over a four-year period and while giving evidence against the 48-year-old defendant at her trial he admitted being "extremely surprised" by the episode because she had previously accused others of being "greedy."

Speaking at the Circuit Criminal Court in Dublin, he said: "She had my absolute trust. We had been together a long time; working together. She had been very conscientious.

"I felt she looked after my money and on many occasions accused others of being greedy, so I was extremely surprised."

Adam even found a therapist for Carol - who worked for the 52-year-old star for 16 years - because he was so concerned about her welfare after she confessed to taking more than 13,000 Euros from him and claimed to be suicidal.

He added: "I was concerned for her health and recommended she see a therapist ... In the matter of the money, I accepted she was a distressed woman. Her marriage broke up; her children had gone away. I said we would have to verify the amounts she had been claiming."

Carol is alleged to have purchased 22 horses, exotic holidays and designer clothing with the funds, the court heard.

The mother-of-two - who was a signatory of Adam's bank accounts - is alleged to have written 181 cheques which she lodged into her own account, as well as her joint account with husband John Hawkins and a separate credit card account.

Carol is accused of taking the money between 2004 and 2008, including making a single withdrawal of 310,000 Euros.

Defence solicitor Ken Fogarty suggested to Adam that Carol had been authorized to spend the cash on more than just household necessities.

But the bassist replied: "I would buy the things I wanted around me, Carol Hawkins bought Corn Flakes."

During the four-year period the former PA is also thought to have earned 48,000 Euros a year and lived rent-free in the 'With Or Without You' star's home in Rathfarnham, Dublin.

One Direction fights back against lawsuit

One Direction are countersuing after a virtually unknown American boy band, also calling itself One Direction, filed a law suit against the very well known British boy band saying that group stole their name.

According to E! News, the U.K One Direction says they have "continuously and consistently been utilizing the ONE DIRECTION Mark since ODUK made its public debut on the popular British television program 'The X Factor' in the fall of 2010."

However, the U.S. group, who are also suing Sony Music and Simon Cowell's record label for $1 million, are claiming they have been calling themselves One Direction since 2009 and are asking the hit band to change its name.

"[U.S. One Direction] is guilty of fraud, oppression or malice, and by reason thereof, [U.K. One Direction] are, in addition to their actual damages, entitled to recover punitive damages," said the U.K. One Direction's lawsuit.

Robert Randolph wrote 'You'll Never Spa In This Town Again,' in which he makes claims the 'Pulp Fiction' actor enjoyed gay sexual relations in Los Angeles' City Spa in the 1990s.

His lawsuit claims John and his lawyer Marty Singer had falsely claimed he had serious mental problems and had spent time in a psychiatric hospital, to try and make him out to be an unreliable source and prevent other media and booksellers writing about or carrying his tome.

Both John, 58, and Marty have issued statements branding the lawsuit "ridiculous."

A representative for the 'Hairspray' star said: "The lawsuit filed by Robert Randolph is absurd. The suit is based on a privileged communication, and it will promptly be thrown out by the court.

"To evaluate the credibility of Robert Randolph and his ridiculous lawsuit one need look no further than his own statements published on his website stating that he sustained 'permanent brain damage' and had to 'retrain' his brain."

Marty echoed these claims, saying: "We intend to sue the attorneys for malicious prosecution after the court promptly dismisses this baseless lawsuit."

While in their home country they are legal to enjoy those activities they are prohibited from it in the United States.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "The boys were hoping to go wild in Vegas by boozing and gambling into the early hours.

"But security at every casino in town knew who the lads were and threw them out because the legal drinking and gambling age in the US is 21."

They were also disappointed their accommodation wasn't the location one of their favorite movies was filmed in, instead the motion picture was filmed in Los Angeles.

The insider added: "Finding out the hotel suite they had ordered wasn't the one in 'The Hangover' was also pretty annoying."

Their management stumped up £16,000 to give them a night at Nevada's Palms hotel in a two-floor suite with its own hot-tub, pool table and basketball court half-court.

They took a break to the holiday destination in between performances in California.

The '30 Rock' star - who allegedly "pushed and shoved" snapper Marcus Santos in New York on Tuesday morning - broke the tension on the US talk show by taking to the stage to Pat Benatar's 'Hit Me With Your Best Shot' and he then announcing he had lost weight before pulling down his clothing as proof.

He then jokingly urged host David Letterman to show a picture of yesterday's New York Daily News newspaper front page, which features the headline "30 Rocky" and a large picture of Alec appearing to strike the paparazzo.

David dangled the newspaper in front of Alec's face before saying, "The picture, without knowing the story, tells a tale that's not often true."

Pointing a finger at his image, Alec replied: "I'm forming the letter 'F' with my mouth, and what I'm saying is, 'What the F - stop are you on with the camera?' "

Alec is alleged to have been involved in an altercation with Marcus - who works with the New York Daily News - when he was leaving the New York City Marriage License Bureau with fiancee Hilaria Thomas, where he is said to have grabbed another photographer.

The 54-year-old star has also been accused of rolling his mountain bike over a TV reporter's foot outside his East Village apartment following the first incident and he is then said to have used his handlebars to knock the Inside Edition journalist aside when she questioned him about his altercation with Marcus.

The journalist is quoted as saying: "Ouch, my back. He shoved me and ran over my foot."

But Alec maintains he is a victim in the whole episode with Marcus, telling the 'Charlie Rose Show': "The guy lunged and almost hit me in the teeth with the lens of the camera.

"So I just pushed the guy away."

But Marcus insists Alec punched him, explaining: "He comes after me, starts shoving and punching me - one time, right in the chin."
