'Sucker Punch' star Vanessa Hudgens goes from boho to oh no!

Perhaps more known for her bohemian fashion sense than for her acting roles, Vanessa Hudgens turned heads for all the wrong reasons after being photographed shopping in California this week.

Decked out in a pair of lace trousers with a suede fringe waist coat and wooden clogs, Miss Hudgens looked like a blast from the past. Her hair, highlighted underneath with unflattering blond strands, added the hippy feel to her outfit.

The twenty-two year old actress found fame with the High School Musical films in which she starred alongside former flame Zac Efron, but of late she has been trying to break out of her cookie-cutter type casting with recent roles in Sucker Punch and Beastly.

The new directions she has been taking in her film career have garnered the attention of critics and fans alike. Her fashion choices of late, however, leave a lot to be desired.

The internet was abuzz this week that Colin Farrell had rekindled his romance with Polish actress Alicja Bachelda, but fear not ladies, the gal pal that was photographed with the Dublin actor was not Alicja. Though the pretty brunette was not identified, she tagged along with Colin and a group of friends to a casual dinner that included fellow actor Wes Bentley, of American Beauty fame.

Farrell was most recently linked to pop superstar Rihanna, whom he met while appearing on the Graham Norton Show. That romance seems to have fizzled however, as Rihanna has been seen out and about with fellow R&B star Usher. Previously, Farrell had been in a long term relationship with Bachelda, with whom he has a young son.

Though Farrell had previously denied romancing Rihanna and has not commented on his current status, he openly talked about his plans for his role in Total Recall, which he is cast to star in alongside British beauty Kate Beckinsale. Beckinsale's husband Len Wiseman is set to direct the remake, with Colin sharing with Cinema Blend.

"There’s literally stuff to be done with that same story. But it’s not nearly as dark as the original. But it’s good stuff. It’s good stuff. So I’m going to start that in a couple weeks."

Lady Gaga chanelling Kate Middleton at her Royal Wedding themed tour-end party

Lady Gaga threw a royal wedding-themed party to mark the end of her tour.

The eccentric singer marked the end of her ‘Monster’s Ball’ tour on Wednesday by throwing a huge bash inspired by today’s nuptials between Prince William and Kate Middleton for her friends, family and crew in Cleveland, Ohio.

According to insiders, the ‘Judas’ singer decorated the venue with Union Jack bunting and served her guests – including her mother Cynthia - traditional English fare such as cucumber sandwiches, coronation chicken and crumpets with jam, with gin cocktails served in royal mugs.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Gaga had the time of her life – on occasion she was even talking in a London accent.

“Her attention to detail was impressive. She had a special room decorated backstage in British flags and bunting and everyone was told to work the royal look.”

Gaga, 25, dressed up as William’s great-grandmother, the late Queen Mother, in what was described as a “unique interpretation” of the royal, while her entourage were also creative in their costumes.

The source added: “Her dancers came dressed as Wills and Harry, Henry VIII and even corgis, like the Queen’s dogs.”

Prince William and Kate Middleton leave Buckingham Palace - PHOTOS

Prince William and his new bride left Buckingham Palace in a vintage Aston Martin after their wedding reception.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge thrilled onlookers as they departed the palace for a short break at Clarence House before they will return for their evening reception hosted by William's father Prince Charles later today.

William drove the low key couple the short distance to Charles' residence at Clarence House, in a car decorated with balloons and a license place reading 'Just Wed'.

Prince Harry, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall have also left Buckingham Palace for Clarence House.

After the bride and groom shared two kisses on the balcony of Buckingham Palace earlier today -where excited revellers shouted "We want Kate. We want Kate" -  they attended a reception thrown by Queen Elizabeth for  650 guests.

However, the day has not gone entirely smoothly as a nervous William appeared to have trouble slipping the wedding ring on to Kate's finger as they exchanged vows in Westminster Abbey earlier today, although the bride -stunning in Alexander McQueen - didn't appear to mind.

Over one million people have lined the streets of London today to help celebrate the nuptials of the royal couple.

Kate Middleton dress a copy of Grace Kelly's wedding dress - PHOTOS

Kate Middleton's dress has been compared to Grace Kelly's when she married Prince Rainier of Monaco in April 1956.

The Irish American actress from Philadelphia has inspired many other brides with her wedding dress but Kate is certainly the most high profile copier.

Both dresses shared the high collar top, long lace sleeves and full skirt.

The Alexander McQueen designer, Sarah Burton, created the ivory gown with lace applique floral detailing and a 2.7 metre train, as well as the bridesmaid dress worn by the bride's sister Pippa Middleton, and Kate's ivory duchesse satin and lace shoes.

The skirt was handmade by the royal school of needlework at Hampton Court.

The lace design was hand-engineered using Carickmacross lace making techniques developed in Ireland in the 1820s.

The individual flowers - thistles, roses, daffodils and shamrocks -  were hand-cut from Chantilly lace and engineered onto ivory silk tulle.

Kate wore a diamond Cartier tiara - loaned by Queen Elizabeth - and long veil with her hair pinned up at the front, flowing into soft curls at the back.

Her earrings, diamond-set stylised oak leaves designed by Robinson Pelham, were a gift from parents Michael and Carole.

The bride-to-be kept hr flowing gown virtually hidden as she made her way to Westminster Abbey, with only parts of her flowing train visible as she and her father Michael Middleton got into their car to travel to her wedding.

William's grandmother, Queen Elizabeth wore an Angela Kelly primrose dress with hand-sewn beading and matching hat, accessorized with Queen Mary's true lovers knot brooch.

Kate's mother Carole Middleton was a hit in the fashion stakes, wearing a Catherine Walker-designed sky blue wool crepe coat dress with satin piping and Jane Corbett hat.

Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall teamed her Anne Valentine champagne blue silk dress and hand-embroidered coat with an eye-catching Philip Treacy hat and bronze Jimmy Choo shoes.

In total, the milliner designed hats for 35 members of the royal families, including Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, Queen Anna-Marie of Greece and Princess Mathilde of Belgium.

Megan Fox has one of her nine tattoos removed?

Hollywood actress Megan Fox has done many things in the past year in an effort to clean up her image: she married longtime love Brian Austin Green, stopped bad-mouthing her directors to the press, and now it seems she has taken the final step in her transformation to good girl by removing her some of her body ink.

At a Jaguar event in New York this past week, Fox showed up with the iconic Marilyn Monroe portrait on her right forearm looking conspicuously faded. Fox, who has vocally professed her love for Ms Monroe in the past, has said the tattoo was a tribute to the fallen star and not her attempt to copy her career: "I really admire Marilyn Monroe, but I would never try to emulate her. I got the tattoo as a warning. It warns me not to let myself be treated so badly by the film industry so that it breaks me down."

One person who Fox has been accused of emulating is Angelina Jolie, who also has multiple tattoos and an enviable career, not to mention Brad Pitt. Though Fox has not publicly commented on whether or not she is planning on lasering away Marilyn from her body for good, she has other tattoos to remind her of her (former?) wild child ways.

Although she may be known and envied for her slim figure, Olivia Wilde is adamant that she could take anybody in a competitive eating competition. While visiting Live With Regis and Kelly this week in New York, Wilde surprised hosts Kelly and Regis along with fellow guest Josh Groban when she claimed she had never lost a challenge.

Wilde proclaimed she was a master at devouring pancakes. One time in particular she ate "thirty-three pancakes in twenty minutes," prompting Groban to say "that is very exciting for me...woman versus food."

Though she has yet to take part in the Coney Island hot-dog eating competitions, Wilde revealed she would consider entering given that a vegetarian option be implemented. One thing that Wilde did not disclose, however, is her secret to beating her competitors: "There is a technique, I could sell it to you... it involves piling and there is a way that you hold it... it's complicated."

Robert Pattinson thinks life is going to be “hard” for Kate Middleton after she marries Prince William - PHOTOS

The brunette beauty is to tie the knot the prince in the most highly-anticipated wedding in recent years and the ‘Twilight’ star says he has lots of sympathy for her because she’s going to be under so much pressure once she becomes a member of the British Royal Family.

He said: “It’s going to be hard (for her) because people will lay responsibilities on her that seem totally irrelevant. You can’t mess up, either. As an actor, you can kind of mess up – but not if you’re a royal. I’ve always liked the members of the royal family who couldn’t care less what anyone thinks: the ones who go, ‘I’m royalty – so shut up!’ That’s one of the coolest things about England, I think, that we still have this crazy old system in place.”

The British actor – who now spends most of his time in America – says he will be definitely watching the wedding as he finds the event “fascinating”.

He added to the Radio Times magazine: “Yes, I’ll definitely be watching the royal wedding. I mean, they’re absolutely obsessed with it in America, it’s insane … but I guess it’s kind of a big deal. Actually, I think it’s really sort of fascinating.”

Ellen DeGeneres claims she’s related to Kate Middleton - PHOTOS

The talk show host discovered through a genealogical society that she is a distant cousin of the future princess and still has her fingers crossed for a last-minute invitation to her wedding to Prince William.

In an interview with Terri Seymour for ‘Extra’, she said: “We're 15th cousins, yeah, it's not like we're 20th or something … we're 15th.

"It's not too late, Terri. I'm not counting anything out. That's not how I got to where I am, by being a glass-half-empty kind of person. I mean, there could be a phone call.

"I have a beautiful outfit picked out, and a hat."

Although she may not be invited to the nuptials, Ellen is hopeful she can use her family connections to secure an interview with Kate.

She said: "There will be a time when Oprah's not gonna be around next year. Who will be around to help her when she needs something? Me."

Ellen – who is married to actress Portia de Rossi is not the only American celebrity desperate to attend Kate and William’s nuptials at London’s Westminster Abbey.

Reese Witherspoon – who recently wed Hollywood agent Jim Toth – admitted she would have given anything to get an invite.

She said: "I can't even contain my enthusiasm for the royal wedding! I'm kind of bummed I'm not invited to the royal wedding. My girlfriend asked me if I was invited. Well, no, but I invited them to my wedding!"

Celebrities fortunate enough to be invited include David Beckham and his wife Victoria, Sir Elton John and his husband David Furnish, Guy Ritchie and Joss Stone.

Prince William and Kate Middleton are "touched" by the "affection" people have shown them - PHOTOS

PHOTOS - Royal Wedding Photo Gallery

The royal couple - who will marry in London's Westminster Abbey - have said they have found the world's interest in their forthcoming nuptials "incredibly moving" in an official wedding program that was released.

In the 28-page booklet - which reveals details of the wedding service including the vows and music - they state: "We are both so delighted that you are able to join us in celebrating what we hope will be one of the happiest days of our lives.

"The affection shown to us by so many people during our engagement has been incredibly moving, and has touched us both deeply. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone most sincerely for their kindness."

The program reveals that the beautiful 29-year-old bride will walk down the aisle to choral anthem 'I Was Glad' by Sir Charles Hubert Hastings Parry, which was originally composed for the wedding of William's great-great-great grandfather Edward VII.

Other songs to be played are 'Jerusalem' by William Blake and traditional tune 'Greensleeves', which is believed to have been written by King Henry VIII.

Meanwhile,  Kate will be following in the footsteps of William's mother, Princess Diana, by omitting the word "obey" from her vows.

Instead of promising a lifetime of obedience towards her future husband, she will opt to "love and comfort" her spouse in the same way the late Diana did when she married Prince Charles in 1981.

Prince William will be married in a 'Micks' uniform of the Irish Guards

Prince Wiliiam will be married in the uniform of The Irish Guards, the regiment universally known as 'the Micks."

Every St.Patrck's Day the regiment is presented with shamrock by the royal family. The mascot is an Irish wolfhound.

William's choice of The Micks' is quite a surprise as most thought he would take the Blues and Royals a cavalry regiment of the British Army.

According to the British Army manual; The Irish Guards are based in Victoria Barracks, Windsor, not far from Windsor Castle where the British royal family actually resides.

The Battalion is made up of five companies with a variety of supporting arms and is currently on operational deployment in Helmand province, Afghanistan. One of the Guards' roles in Afghanistan is mentoring soldiers from the Afghan National Army.

According to Wikipedia the uniform is especially notable. A plume of St. Patrick's blue was selected because blue is the colour of the mantle and sash of the Order of St. Patrick, an order of chivalry founded by George III of the United Kingdom for the Kingdom of Ireland in February 1783 from which the regiment also draws its cap star and motto. Blue was selected because the uniform of the Royal Dublin Fusiliers, which were still in existence at the time the Irish Guards were formed, was a scarlet tunic and bearskin with a green plume.

In "walking out dress", the Irish Guards can be identified by the green band on their forage caps. Officers also traditionally carry a blackthorn walking stick. Drummers and flautists, in common with the other Guards regiments, wear a distinctive tunic adorned with winged epaulettes and white lace.

Ryan Reynolds aims to be somewhere between Hans Solo and Indiana Jones in ‘Green Lantern’ - VIDEO

View Ryan's Photo Gallery

He might not need tips on how to be sexy, recently being voted People's Sexiest Man Alive, but Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds admits that he takes inspiration from his predecessors when it comes to portraying action characters.

According to the Huffington Post, Reynolds revealed that he based his latest role of the Green Lantern off two heroes incarnated by legendary actor Harrison Ford. The film, named "Green Lantern" after Reynolds's
character, not only has big shoes to fill in terms of its respective muses, but it forced Reynolds to merge two different characters with two veering personalities. Reynolds concedes that the Green Lantern figure "is somewhere in the middle...He's a classic male."

Reynolds continued to define the role as one that is inherently explicative of the struggles real people face outside of the Hollywood glitz and glam: “It’s about courage versus fearlessness and the power of willpower and the need for sacrifice and service. This is not a comedy film but like Han Solo or an Indiana Jones, there are moments where you smile and the hero can trades lines with anybody.”

Though Reynolds might not define his latest venture as a comedy, it is expected to do as well or even better than his previous theatrical endeavors once it is released on June 17. Undoubtedly Reynolds will be able to add Hollywood Blockbuster to his burgeoning accolades, alongside Sexiest Man of course.

Sarah Palin mocks Katie Couric over quitting CBS news

Read more: Sarah Palin in a stroke of symbolism makes strong impressions in Israel and India

Former governor of Alaska Sarah Palin appeared on Fox News on Tuesday mocking Katie Couric over quitting her position as CBS News anchor after five years.

Couric had told People Magazine that she was looking forward to her new position that would allow her to work on "multi-dimensional storytelling".

Palin said "Yeah, and I hear that she wants to now engage in more 'multi-dimensional story telling' versus I guess just the 'straight on, read into the, that teleprompter screen story telling...More power to her. I wish her well in her - 'multi-dimensional story telling.'"

Since Couric's most memorable interview with Palin during the 2008 presidential campaign (see video below). The most memorable moment was when Couric asked "When it comes to establishing your world view?what newspapers and magazines did you regularly read?" Palin was unable to name on publication. Later she said she found the question insulting and emblematic of a liberal slant in the mainstream media.

Sir Elton John admires Kate Middleton for “going through” with her marriage to Prince William

Read more: Guy Richie and Joss Stone are on the guest list for the royal wedding

The ‘Rocket Man’ singer will attend the couple’s nuptials at Westminster Abbey in London on Friday (29.04.11) and although Elton believes the prince’s mother Diana – who died in a Paris car crash in 1997 – would love the bride, he admitted Kate and William are in for a “bumpy ride”.
He said: "I hope everyone celebrates for them, whether they agree with the monarchy or not. It's about two people falling in love and getting into a situation, for her especially, where it's going to be the most difficult life. I mean, let's face it, we know what that kind of marriage entails, and the press never leave you alone, the courtiers ... I admire her for going through with it.
"I've only met William and Harry twice … but I'm very glad to be invited because I think it's going to be a very joyous day and I think [Diana] would be very happy with his choice, [Kate] seems such a great girl and they seem so much in love."
Elton performed at the funeral of Princess Diana in Westminster Abbey in 1997 and he believes William’s choice to hold his wedding at the same venue is the most “joyous result”.
In an interview with on ‘Good Morning America’ with Barbara Walters, he said: “My heart sank when I saw those two boys walking behind the coffin. I thought that was the hardest thing, I can't imagine at that young age having to walk in the public, following your mother's coffin. And the next time we're in the Abbey it's to see him walking up the aisle with a beautiful woman, the love of his life, I think it's the most joyous result and I'm sure Diana would be very, very happy about it."

The 45-year-old actor has been sharing his home with two 'goddesses', porn star Bree Olson and part-time model Natalie Kenly, for the last two months, but has now revealed he has parted ways with Bree.

Taking to the stage for his ‘Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not An Option Show’ in Florida over the weekend, Charlie told the crowd he had been dumped in a cell phone message by Bree.

Later in the show, he was asked how he copes with juggling two women at once, prompting the actor to quip: "Not well, because one left."

Despite his women woes, Charlie seemed unconcerned during the performance, even kissing an unnamed older lady who was on stage during his question and answer portion of the show.

He then gave the woman – who a member of his entourage described as a "cutie pie" – a hug before she left the stage.

The former 'Two and a Half Men' star also invited troubled actress Lindsay Lohan to spend 24 hours with him.

He said: "I would hug her and let her know it's gonna be OK."

Lindsay Lohan will carry out her community service in a morgue

The ‘Mean Girls’ actress – who was sentenced to 120 days in prison and 480 hours of community service last week for breaching the terms of her probation after allegedly stealing a $2,200 necklace from an upmarket jewelers – has one week to enrol in the programme at the Los Angeles County morgue, in which she must serve 120 hours with the coroner, doing maintenance and janitorial work in areas where dead bodies are a common sight.

Assistant Chief Ed Winter of the Los Angeles County Coroner told the New York Daily News newspaper: "She will empty trash, vacuum, clean restrooms. She won't be in the autopsy area. However, there will be some exposure to bodies. She'll see them but won't touch them."

Along with the morgue service, Lindsay – who completed a shorter drink-driving program at the morgue as part of her original sentence for driving under the influence (DUI) in 2007 - must also undergo 360 hours at the Downtown Women's Center.

The 24-year-old star was sentenced to 120 days in jail on Friday, but her lawyer Shawn Chapman appealed against the ruling, allowing Lindsay to leave the Lynwood Correctional Facility to return to her Venice Beach home after her $75,000 bail was paid.

However, her community service was not postponed.

She is now set to return to court on May 11 for a pre-trial hearing in her misdemeanor case, with the actual trial planned for June 3.

The 25-year-old singer broke down in a documentary extract posted online and spoke of how much she fears criticism, admitting she feels like a "loser kid in high school."

In the black and white YouTube clip, posted before she went on stage in New York's Madison Square Garden for her Monster Ball tour, she sobbed: "I still sometimes feel like a loser. It’s crazy, ’cos it’s like we’re at the Garden, but I still feel like a loser kid in high school.

“Sometimes I still feel like people are trying to destroy me... I cannot be destroyed and I will not be destroyed. And you will never destroy the kingdom that is my fans.”

The outlandish 'Judas’ hitmaker - who was recently criticised on micro-blogging website twitter for the bizarre artwork of her new album 'Born This Way' which depicts her morphing into a mutant motorcycle - went on to say she feels like she has to "fight" to remain a "superstar" for the sake of her young fans.

She said:  “I just have to pick my s*** up. Pick myself up and tell myself I’m a superstar every morning just so I can get through this day.

“I feel like I have to fight. I’m fighting for every kid that’s like me, that’s felt like I’ve felt and feels like I still feel."
She added: “I just wanna be a queen but sometimes I just don’t feel like one. It’s not about being a winner for me anymore, you know. It’s about being a winner for them.”

The clip was filmed as part of documentary 'Lady Gaga Presents The Monster Ball Tour: At Madison Square Garden' which will be aired next month.

The 24-year-old actor continues to travel between Canada, the US and the UK for work, and manages to do so with restricted luggage – although he still loses things.

He joked: “I have three bags. Luckily I wear the same thing every single day. But I still manage to lose things.”

Robert stars alongside Reese Witherspoon in his new movie ‘Water for Elephants’ – about a man who works on a travelling circus in the US depression – but was not scared about working with any of the big animals on set because he has never been hurt by one.

He revealed: “I worked with everything, everything we could think of. I guess because I’ve never been hurt by an animal I just innately trust them. It’s completely idiotic.”
