The 33-year-old actress split from the notoriously private Hollywood star after almost two years together in June, and the Italian beauty has now spoken about their union for the first time, praising the actor as "special and important" to her.

In a new book, 'Questo Amore' by Italian journalist Bruno Vespa, she said: "He has been special for me, and very important, just as a father would be.

"Between us there was more of a father-daughter relationship. I was unable to clarify this until now.

Elisabetta also denied she and the 50-year-old star split because of his refusal to settle down and marry.

She added: "It was a great love and it was like living a fairy tale. George is a real gentleman even with his private life. I was very well respected as a partner.

"[We] never spoke of marriage nor of having kids. I don't put limits to the possibility of having them, but neither George nor I had ever envisaged having kids together. The end of the relationship was not caused by a marriage issue, but instead by our personal needs."

Former 'Dancing With the Stars' contestant Elisabetta was reportedly devastated when they split, and stormed out of his villa in Lake Como, Italy, but said she holds no grudges against George, who is now dating former wrestler Stacy Keibler.

She added: "He respected my feminine sensibility and was a marvellous boyfriend and one of the nicest people I have ever met because of his humanity.

"My relationship with George did not damage me. I was with a man who is famous across the world and I will go forward on my own."

British actor Robert Pattinson, who plays Edward Cullen in the 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 1,' has said he is nervous about how an intimate scene with co-star/real-life girlfriend Kristen Stewart will be received because of fans' expectations.

Referring to the original novel written by Stephenie Mayer, he said: "It's funny, people talk about sex scenes in the book but there aren't actually any. It's all in people's imagination. They're like, 'It's so hardcore.' But it always fades to black. It just shows bits of the aftermath.

"[But] you have to show something! You can't fade to black in the movie because people would go insane!

"It's strange trying to do a singular event which everyone is expecting. At the end of the day, watching other people have sex is never going to be that spectacular. Hopefully, it'll be good. There's so much hype. You're like, 'God, I hope this lives up to it!'"

However, it is not the only scene Robert is nervous about – Kristen's character Bella eventually gives birth to a half-human, half-vampire baby with gory results and the actor says the on-screen labour were "horrible."

He told Total Film magazine: "It was horrible. Insanely graphic and the most nerve-wracking thing about the whole shoot!"

During an interview with Katie Lee Gifford for the ‘Today’ show, Glenn Beck showed a different side of his typically “fiery” self and broke down and began to cry when discussing his encounters with abuse and a difficult family history.

“I’m much more than a cartoon character,” Beck said at the start of the interview before it turned more emotional. During the chat, Beck speaks of his new fictional book “The Snow Angel,” which he says is inspired by the abuse he endured as a child.

“My father told me - and great, now the Today show is going to make fun of me again [chuckling] - abuse is generational” said a choked-up Beck.

Later in the interview, Beck offers his insight on the recent Occupy Wall Street protests.

“I wouldn’t want to be my kids, I wouldn’t want to be my wife,” says Beck at the close of his interview, in reference to how the public perceives him. After leaving his show on FOX, Beck has since created his own online-subscription service Glenn Beck Television, otherwise known as “GBTV.”

Michael Lohan arrested again - less than 12 hours after being released from jail

The 51-year-old TV personality – who is the father of actress Lindsay Lohan – is back in custody after he allegedly contacted his girlfriend Kate Major, who has a temporary restraining order against him after he purportedly assaulted her in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

According to gossip website TMZ, Michael is believed to have got in contact with Kate by phone and she notified police early on Thursday morning.

After interviewing her at the same apartment Michael is alleged to have assaulted her earlier this week, police arrived at the showbiz patriarch's hotel – but he tried to avoid the officials by jumping from a third-storey balcony, and fell into a tree.

When the officers eventually got him down he was arrested for violating a condition of his pre-trial release, which is thought to be because he contacted Kate, and resisting arrest without violence.

The incident comes after was let go from the Hillsborough County prison in Tampa, Florida, last night (26.10.11) after he appeared in court earlier in the day on charges of domestic battery.

But Michael denies the charges and insists he is innocent.
He said: "I did not lay a hand on her."

Kate was granted a temporary restraining order against him yesterday, which is due to expire on November 15, after the judge denied her request for a permanent restraining order.

A police report obtained by TMZ.com alleges the TV personality - who was arrested in March for allegedly assaulting Kate – flew into a rage after she refused to perform oral sex on him.

The report stated: "The defendant again pushed her multiple times and squeezed her arms. She suffered minor bruising and complained of shoulder pains."

He is also thought to have smashed his girlfriend's cell phone and threatened to throw her from a fourth-floor balcony.

Matthew Morrison expects 'Glee' to get "a lot of new members" next year

Liam Gallagher will make his acting debut in a film about The Beatles

The Beady Eye frontman is to appear in an adaptation of Richard DiLello's 'The Longest Cocktail Party', with director Michael Winterbottom - best known for '24 Hour Party People', which documented Factory records and the legendary H Manchester music scene in the 1980s  - noting the movie will be about the problems at Apple Records, the company founded by the legendary 'Hey Jude' hitmakers.

He said: "Liam will have a part in it. He's all over it. It's about the mad chaos of Apple, so it's not dissimilar to '24 Hour Party People'. I've met him a few times. He seems like a nice guy."

It is not clear what role Liam - whose company In 1 Production will be co-producing the film - is to take in the movie.

'Peep Show' creator Jesse Armstrong has written the script, and Liam has previously revealed he would like 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor Johnny Depp to take on the role of Derek Taylor, The Beatles' publicist.

He said: "Derek Taylor was a dude. He's up there with Lennon.

"The film script is done. It's gonna blow people's minds, man. I'm just waiting to find out when we choose the actors.

Mark (40), his brother Donnie (42) of “New Kids on the Block,” and their older brother Paul (42), have said that “dining in the restaurant will feel just like joining the Wahlberg family for a home-cooked meal,” according to Zap2it.com. Paul will be the chef, while the two other brothers will mainly be managing the restaurant.

Customers walking in for the first time will be able to enjoy “fresh ground beef burgers made or order, hot dogs, frappes, rock tunes and more!” according to the restaurants official description. And if you’re in too much of a rush to enjoy the hip atmosphere, take out is available.

The joint, whose logo reads, “burgers, fries, frappes, tunes” boasts a cozy atmosphere with one side filled with old-fashioned booths, and the other side with tables and a sports bar with TV’s. On top of the bar (right next to blown up pictures of the brothers) is a giant green menu listing burgers that promise to be mouthwatering, and even more appealing is if you look straight up onto the ceiling, where the brothers have listed words and phrases to describes themselves and their true home of Southie, Boston.

According to Boston.com, the new restaurant will seat 120 people is is approximately 4,400 square feet. The entire project cost the family $900,000, and requires the town’s approval of a liquor-license in August. One of the biggest hurdles for the family, according to the website, was acquiring the name. “Wahlburger” had been the name of a burger chain based out of New York with own Tom Wahl, but the brothers did come to some sort of a deal and were able to “secure full spectrum of the name” this past summer.

Expecting his restaurant to be a success, the youngest Wahlberg stated, “We've had requests from people all around the world wanting a Wahlburgers in their hometown, but in the mean time they will make it a point to visit the first one in Hingham when they are in the Boston area.”

The 'Rehab' singer's cause of death has been recorded as "misadventure" at an inquest into her passing on July 23 2011, and claims she was drinking after three weeks of being clean of alcohol and was poisoned by it.

St. Pancras coroner Suzanne Greenway said: "She had consumed sufficient alcohol at 416mg per decilitre [of blood] and the unintended consequence of such potentially fatal levels was her sudden and unexpected death."

The inquest found that her vital organs were in good health and she had no traces of illegal drugs in her system.

Police found three bottles of vodka, two large and one small, from her flat after her death.

An initial examination into her death proved inconclusive and was adjourned in August.

Amy suffered with drink and drug addiction during her life and was hospitalized a number of times, and her father Mitch has since set up an Amy Winehouse Foundation will which help young addicts deal with their issues.

He has since revealed he would like Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding - who herself checked into rehab for alcohol and depression issues - to front the foundation.

He said: " If we could pick Sarah up when she recovers and put her in front of a school assembly to tell those kids the reality of drinking and alcoholism, it would be making a big start.

"Sarah will be ideal, but all in good time when she has faced her own problems."

According to TMZ.com, the 25-year-old star originally turned down a $750,000 offer from Playboy boss Hugh Hefner to pose nude, demanding that the figure should be closer to $1 million.

It is believed the shoot started over the weekend, with Lindsay – who could face up to 18 months in prison if she is found guilty of violating the terms of her probation for a 2007 DUI (driving under the influence) conviction – having to fit it in around her court-ordered morgue duties.

However, this isn't the first time the star has posed naked.
In 2008, the 'Mean Girls' actress stripped off to recreate the infamous 'Last Sitting' shots of Marilyn Monroe, taken by photographer Bert Stern just six weeks before she died of a drugs overdose, with Lindsay admitting at the time she was "comfortable" with nudity.

She said: "I didn't have to put much thought into it. Working with Bert Stern on a Marilyn Monroe shoot was really an honour. When is that ever going to come up again?

"I wanted to portray the look and get it point-on as much as I could, to bring it back to life. I was comfortable with it, the nudity and everything."

'Twilight' star Robert Pattinson, aka vampire Edward Cullen, has organized a bidding war for a viewing of 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1' which will take place in Los Angeles on November 17, the night before the film officially opens.

Profits from the sale of the private screening will go to the GO Campaign, which is raising money to build a permanent home for PAGE (Program Advancing Girls Education), an organization helping to educate teen girls in Cambodia.

PAGE – which is run by Cambodian monks in Siem Reap - currently houses 12 girls in a rented facility and the new facility hopes to accommodate 20 girls.

Michael Lohan has been arrested for battery domestic violence

The showbiz patriarch – the dad of troubled actress Lindsay Lohan was taken into custody by police in Tampa, Florida in the early hours of this morning after officers responded to reports of a fight in an apartment.

Before being booked into Hillsborough County Jail, Michael was taken to St. Joseph's hospital after complaining of chest pains when he was arrested.

Bail has not yet been set.

Police have not yet identified the victim, but local reports say she has also dated reality TV star Jon Gosselin.

Journalist Kate Major previously dated the 'Jon and Kate Plus 8' star and was romantically involved with Michael, though they ended their relationship several months ago.

In March, 51-year-old Michael was arrested for allegedly assaulting Kate, with police reporting he had attempted to choke her and injured himself to prevent her calling for help.

Last July, Kate accused Michael of attacking her at their home in Southampton, New York, claiming he threw her off a chair and kicked her in the face during an argument.

Last month DUP Councilor and Bangor farmer, Alan Graham, asked Rihanna and her crew to stop filming of her video “We Found Love” after the pop star stripped off on his land. Having seen the finished the deeply religious man hopes that Rihanna can learn to enjoy a good life by “enjoying God’s salvation in her life.”

The video includes Rihanna involved in drug taking, stealing, bathing with the boxer/model Dudley O’Shaughnessy, taking drugs and, oddly, vomiting up ribbons.

Part of the video was filmed in Graham’s fields, in Bangor. However he called a stop to filming when Rihanna stripped off and frolicked around his land.

Having viewed Rihanna’s new video Graham gave his reaction to Journal.ie. He said he wasn’t particularly shocked by the content of the video.

The story of Graham asking Rihanna and her crew to wrap up filming, as he did not approve of her behavior, was covered by press outlets around the world. Graham told Journal.ie that he was genuinely shocked by the public interest.

He said “I never dreamt that the issue would develop into a worldwide story. I didn’t anticipate that. I suppose it was because I requested the filming to stop and because of the worldwide status of Rihanna, that’s why the story became something worldwide. I must say that I respect Rihanna and I care for Rihanna – perhaps a lot more than those who want her to make these videos.”

The deeply Christian farmer added “I simply want her to enjoy life and have a good life, and I believe that can only come through her enjoying God’s salvation in her life.”

Referring the drug taking scenes in the video he said “Some people think there are issues with a superstar showing that example and perhaps rubbing off on young people. I think there is a case there.”

Graham is also worried that the impression Rihanna is giving to the public through her pop star persona is not her true personality. Having spoken to the pop star while she was on his land he said “My encounter with her, and the respectful conversation I had with her and she had with me, [means] I am hopeful that is not her when she is doing these things, but I don’t live in that world.”

He continued by referring to the “big picture” and what kind of a message music videos, such as Rihanna’s, are sending to young girls.

He said “I would just prefer that the bigger picture is that there wasn’t this need for young ladies to take their clothes off and so on and so forth in the name of entertainment…I don’t mind ladies at all – I enjoy their company and conversation, but I want to respect them and I want to take care of them.”

Morgue cleaning Lindsay Lohan split with her business manager as her finances are not being managed correctly

The troubled actress – who was last week told she had to clean morgues for 16 hours a week as part of a court order until a probation hearing on November 2 – has parted ways with Lou Taylor because she felt like her finances were not being looked after properly.

According to TMZ.com, the 25-year-old star was also concerned Lou – who also manages Britney Spears – could not put enough time into her and not give her the attention she requires because she works from Tennessee.

Despite the claim, Lindsay's representative Steve Honig has said the split between the two was "amicable" and they "remain friends".

The 'Mean Girls' star faced trouble on her first day at the morgue last week because she turned up late.

He said: "I mean for me there's always hope. I think there's hope because you know, he's trying to deal with it. That's enough hope for me. If there's no hope, for me personally, what's the f**king point? We might as well all just give up.

"So that's the hope for me, he's struggling, he's trying. Whether he goes with her or he doesn't I don't know."

However the 'X-Men: First Class' actor found it easy to "dive" into the script of the film.

He told BANG Showbiz: "I just dive into the script and find the person in the script and you ask a lot of questions, it's all kind of boring. It's just about relating the character back to yourself, asking honest questions to yourself and finding the characteristics and ticking the boxes. The 22-year-old star - who is the daughter of musician and Live Aid founder Bob Geldof and the late Paula Yates - was reportedly spotted by a store detective stuffing around £60 worth of cosmetic products into her handbag as she strolled around a branch in London's Regent Street on Friday.

While Peaches - who has been accused of shoplifting four times in the past - was seized by staff and forced to hand over the goods, she was let go without the police being called.

A Scotland Yard source told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "We certainly get reports of smaller value thefts which are prosecuted. Shoplifters will generally carry on doing it until they are caught and hauled over the coals."

A staff member at the store confirmed: "Yes, Peaches Geldof was caught by an undercover detective with around £60 worth of make-up.

"She stuffed it in her handbag and also a small yellow Selfridges bag she was carrying. She was calm when she was caught and wasn't arrested as she handed the stash over. We filled in a recovery note and she has been banned from the store.

"She wrote down her address and we rang a number to confirm it. I think it was her boyfriend, and we let her go."

Meanwhile, an onlooker explained Peaches - who lives in North London with her rocker boyfriend Tom Cohen - looked "completely cool" and "totally casual", despite being caught out.

The bystander said: "When she left she went right to the back of the store so she didn't go past the tills. A store detective followed her outside and brought her back in. I heard him say, 'Do you know why I've brought you back?'

"I didn't hear her response but she was completely cool. You'd think someone would be embarrassed or upset, but she was totally casual as though it was nothing out of the ordinary. He took her into a back office and five minutes later she came out and left the store, calm as you like again."

David Croneberg, who directed Robert Pattinson in the upcoming 'Cosmopolis,' has compared Robert Pattinson to other "undervalued" actors like Keira Knightly and Viggo Mortensen.

The director told Hollywood Life that the young actor won't be able to realize his potential until he leaves Edward Cullen behind.

“It sort of pleases me to work with actors, like Rob, who have that potential, but haven’t had the chance to realize that yet and show it,” he said.

“I know [Rob's] big success is 'Twilight,' but as you know Viggo Mortensen‘s big success was 'Lord of the Rings,' but it didn’t show him at his most profound as an actor."

“I feel that … Keira Knightley is really quite undervalued and underestimated as an actress,” he said. “I think in A 'Dangerous Mind' [sic] she proves she is te superb level of actress she actually is. I’ve worked with some of the best, and she is up there; I feel the same way about Robert Pattinson."

Robert Pattinson has lost the lead role of Steven Soderberghs' remake of 'The Man from U.N.C.L.E' to Bradley Cooper.

“It’s not going to happen for Rob,” a source at Warner Brothers told Hollywood Life. “Steven is interested in working with someone he has worked with before, or someone who is not famous yet, an unknown.”

“Cooper currently has an offer to play Napoleon Solo, and the opportunity to work with Soderbergh is one that Cooper is likely to accept, considering how hard his team at CAA worked to position him for the coveted part,” according to a report by Variety.

The film is set in London in the 1960s and centers around Napoleon Solo, an American and Russian spy that worked with U.N.C.L.E. (United Network Command for Law and Enforcement) to battle the organization T.H.R.U.S.H (Technological Hierarchy for the Removal of Undesirables and the Subjugation of Humanity).

George Clooney was originally slated to star in the movie but dropped out last summer. Matt Damon and Johnny Depp have also passed on the role.

The Oscar-winning star has two children, daughter Apple, seven, and five-year-old son Moses, with husband Chris Martin and claims she lost her sense of being an "artist" after she gave birth to Apple and it is only returning now.

"The music on this album reflects the sadness, happiness and immense bravery of these people."

'Someone to Watch Over Me' sees Susan sing tracks including Depeche Mode's 'Enjoy the Silence', The Righteous Brothers' 'Unchained Melody' and Tears for Fears' 'Mad World' and is released on November 7.

The troubled actress – whose probation was revoked in a Los Angeles court on Wednesday – was pictured last week with badly stained and damaged teeth and her dad Michael believes the damage stems from her smoking the illegal substances.

He told 'Issues' host Jane Velez-Mitchell: "That’s from smoking a pipe with meth or crack. She’s smoking either crack or meth, one or the other. I’m not going to shade it.

"If you’re talking about prescription medication it would affect all your teeth, not just your two front teeth. You can’t dance with the devil and expect to go home with Jesus."

Michael – who has a strained relationship with the actress and her mother Dina - has called for the court to force Lindsay to be tested for drugs and wants a sober coach appointed to ensure she stays on the right path.

Referring to yesterday's court hearing in Los Angeles at which Lindsay was cuffed and taken into custody after her probation was revoked, he told HollywoodLife.com: “I hate seeing my daughter in cuffs. She belongs in rehab! Why don’t they institute drug testing? Get drug testing involved! Keep her straight! Make sure she’s in an outpatient programme.

“They need to put a sober coach with her! A no nonsense sober coach! I’m sick of this, when she wants to be honest with herself and live up to her responsibility she’ll turn her life around. But she has learned too much of the opposite from her mother.”

The showbiz patriarch also wants all negative influences to be made to stay away from his daughter – who has been released from custody after her $100,000 bail was posted.

He said: “My mission is to get rid of all the people in her life that are kicking her down. I’m going to eliminate them from her life. I’m going to do all I can … not physically but I’m going to put them in a position where they can’t be around her.”

The 25-year-old actress' bail was set at $100,000 - which she is expected to be released from later today - and she now faces a trial on November 2nd which will decide whether she violated her probation, and if found guilty she could face up to 18 months in jail.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner advised her to complete 16 hours of community service at the county coroner's office between now and her next hearing if she wants to mitigate any further punishment.

The judge explained the controversial blonde - who was in court after allegedly skipping some of her probation requirements, which were issued as part of her sentence for stealing a $2,500 necklace in January - made it "impossible" to serve her community service at the Downtown Women's Center.

Lindsay - who served 35 days under house arrest earlier this year in lieu of a 120-day jail sentence for shoplifting - had her community service at the facility terminated last week after it was alleged she had not completed all of her required shifts, and she was subsequently reassigned to the Red Cross.

Judge Sautner explained: "Miss Lohan's actions deliberately made it impossible to complete her community service at the Downtown Women's Center... I certainly find that cause to revoke probation."

She explained Lindsay "blew off" the 360 hours of community service she was supposed to complete at the women's facility, where she missed nine appointments.

The judge said: "I thought she could be of value to Downtown Women's Center but obviously not. She has to do 56 of 60 days [of community service] with six months already gone.

"How many violations have there been? Probation is a gift not a right."

But Sautner explained she will not be counting Lindsay's recent work at the Red Cross towards her community service because she should have "immediately enrolled" at the Los Angeles County Morgue.

The judge - who also doubted Lindsay attended weekly therapy sessions - has ordered her to spend two days a week of her 120 hours community service at the morgue if she does make bail.

Sautner explained overcrowding and new laws mean an 18-month prison sentence is unlikely.
