Katy Perry's friends want her to date Robert Pattinson

Perry and Mayer at the Grammy Awards

While the long-term friends have recently been romantically linked after growing close in the wake of the 'Twilight' actor's split from Kristen Stewart, Katy confessed this week she is still "madly in love" with her ex-lover John Mayer.

Her friends hope she chooses to make Rob - who recently spent a week at her house - her man because he would be a steadying influence on the pop superstar and is a great guy.
One pal told America's OK! magazine: "My vote is for Rob.

John is a bad boy and sadly Katy prefers that. She always falls for guys with an edge. With that edge comes drama and John is the king of drama."

However, Katy's inner circle believe she will give John another chance because she is so physically attracted to him.
The source added: "John is a physical guy and Katy says it has been the best sex of her life."

The 'Part of Me' singer - who was previously married to Russell Brand - revealed her romance with John, who has a reputation as a womanizer, is definitely over but admitted she still had deep feelings for him.

She revealed: "It's over ... I was madly in love with him. I still am madly in love with him. All I can say about that relationship is that he's got a beautiful mind. Beautiful mind, tortured soul. I do have to figure out why I am attracted to these broken birds."

Kristen Stewart got a new tattoo in Nashville, Tennessee, with her friends

The newly single actress, 23, who split from British actor Robert Pattinson, 27, after fours years together recently, got a red inking on her right wrist at Pride & Glory Tattoo Parlour with several of her friends.

The studio put up pictures of the actress looking relaxed and happy on its Facebook page and responded to a fan's question about whether the 'Twilight Saga' star got a tattoo, saying: "Yes they all did. She asked us to keep it hush hush."

The tattoo parlor also added: "Love her. She is a humble amazing soul."

The brunette beauty spent more than a week enjoying a road trip with her three friends and was also spotted in Memphis, Tennessee, Amarillo, Texas and New Orleans, Louisiana.

It is believed she and her travel companions got tattoos together to commemorate their trip before flying back to Los Angeles from Nashville on Friday night.

The friends enjoyed a night at Hooters, famous for its busty waitresses, while in Texas earlier this week and although she tried to keep a low profile, Kristen was happy to pose for pictures with employees and fans.

A source previously said: "She was trying not to be noticed, so she sat with her back to the restaurant. When she was eating, a guy asked her if she was Kristen Stewart. She said, 'Yes.' When the guy asked her if he could take a photo, she asked if she could take it after her meal.
"She was really nice, she smiled and said bye before she left."

George Clooney never wears the same pair of socks twice

The 'Descendants' actor is obsessed with having fresh footwear and so after he has worn a pair he gets rid of them.
However, charitable George doesn't throw them away and instead has them washed and then donates them to a homeless shelter.

A source told the new US issue of OK magazine: "George has his dirty socks washed and then donates them to a homeless shelter. He just has a thing about wearing the same pair twice."

George - who is dating former WWE wrestler Stacey Keibler - is not the only celebrity obsessed with clothes.
However, not all stars want to get rid of their garments.
Singer-and-actress Vanessa Paradis finds comfort in her clothes and she finds it hard to get rid of items, even when they start to suffer damage.

She previously said: "I love to be comforted by clothes.
Obviously you want to look in the mirror and like what you see but I need to love what I feel. I need to feel comfortable in terms of sensation. I keep everything. It's not a good thing because you drown under your closet, but some things are really important to me, especially the stage clothes."

One Direction's Harry Styles "couldn't stop smiling" as the best man at his mother's wedding

Anne Cox married Robin Twist this weekend and the One Direction heart throb barely "left" his mother's side at the ceremony in Cheshire, England.

A guest told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "Harry couldn't stop smiling. He hardly left his mum's side and she looked really proud of him. He sipped champagne and talked to everyone."

The 19-year-old pop superstar and Robin wore matching black lounge suits, while Anne was seen in an ivory, floor-length silk dress.

The ceremony - held for 42 family and friends - was kept a secret with guests only told at the last minute.
An insider revealed: "They chose the medium-priced wedding package. It was a lovely day."

Harry was joined by second best man Mike - Robin's son from a previous relationship - while his sister Gemma, 20, was maid of honor.

His new stepfather helped raise the 'Little Things' hitmaker from the age of seven following Anne's split from his biological father.

In the past, Harry has described his mother as one of his closest friends and admitted only she has been told about his love live.

He has admitted: "She knows the truth."

Will Arnett became obsessed with exercise while trying to get over his split from Amy Poehler

Will Arnett
The 'Arrested Development' star, who split from the 'Parks and Recreation' actress last September after nine years of marriage and shares custody of their two sons, Archie, four, and Abel, two, admits he initially found it difficult to move on but he is happy with his life now.

The 43-year-old actor told Details magazine: "If going to the gym obsessively for eight, nine months was my way of dealing, then let that be my worst problem. Life is challenging, and I'd say that there's no guidebook -- but there's about a million guidebooks out there. All people have been doing since the dawn of time is trying to figure out how to live this life and be happy. I'm no different.

"I'm 43, and I've found my happiness - which is my kids."

Will, who was also married to 'The Artist' actress Penelope Ann Miller for a year until 1995, insists he still believes in love but isn't ready to start dating again.

He said: "Certainly. I do. I do. I'm not officially dating. I don't know what you do. Do you put out an announcement in the trades? I'M DATING! It all seems very scary to me, to be honest. So I'm kind of keeping pretty close counsel right now."

Bradley Cooper doesn't have his own 'Hangover'-style entourage

The 38-year-old actor will miss the special bond he formed with his co-stars Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis on the set of the comedy franchise because most of his close friends live in Switzerland and he rarely gets to see them.

Asked whether his real-life friendship circle was anything like the movie trilogy's 'Wolf Pack', Bradley said: "I don't have an entourage of friends who follow me everywhere and with whom I can go crazy. But I've got childhood friends who are still around.
"Some of my best pals live in Neuchâtel in Switzerland. I went there when I was a teenager one summer when I didn't speak French at all, and learnt the language there. They were part of the rowing team I used to train with. I'm still close with my Swiss host family too."

The actor is amazed the films have struck a chord with so many people and thinks most men can identify with their dysfunctional friendships and crazy moments.

Bradley added in an interview with Swiss newspaper Le Matin: "The chemistry between the three of us is the main reason for it, I think. It's kind of every man's fantasy to have amazing friends with whom you can live it up at the age of 20, and still do the same when you're pushing 40.

"I think a lot of people see a bit of themselves in Phil, Stu and Alan."

Christina Aguilera reportedly wants to lose more weight

Christine Aguilera
Christine Aguilera
The 'Your Body' singer - who recently shed 20 pounds - has completely changed her diet and feels great but allegedly wants to regain the figure she sported in 2010 by using a meal delivery service.
A friend close to the 32-year-old star said: "She did it all on her own. She goes online and picks out her food.

"She's been working hard. She wants to lose a bit more. But she feels great."

The mother-of-one also recently started doing a lot more working out, and reportedly loves yoga.
The source added to US Weekly: "It's more of a mind-body thing for her. She believes in exercise that she enjoys, doing strength work as opposed to cardio."

Christina ditched her favourite fried foods and was inspired to adopt a healthier lifestyle after becoming depressed by critics, who called her "fat" last year.

The source said: "A lot of people were on her about her weight and it depressed her. She went through a bad time because of the criticism."

Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson loved having their kids on the set of 'The Internship'

Wilson and Vaughn in "The Internship"
The 'Wedding Crashers' co-stars have reunited for the comedy – which sees them play interns at Google – eight years after their previous success and they were thrilled to have their young kids visit them at work.

Speaking about his two-year-old son Ford, with ex-girlfriend Jade Duell, Owen said: "In  'Wedding Crashers' we didn't have little kids visiting the set. It wouldn't have been appropriate maybe for little kids, but I think on 'The Internship' it was nice. It was nice to have my son visit - and Vince's family."

Meanwhile, Vince- who welcomed daughter Locklyn with realtor Kyla Weber in December 2010 –added: "My daughter came to set. That was awesome. I don't know if she'll remember it. She's so young! But it always makes it fun for me."

The duo also jumped at the chance to work together again.

Vince, 43, said: "It's always fun to work with Owen because I'm such a fan of his,” while Owen, 44, added: "I couldn't believe it had been so long since 'Wedding Crashers'. There had been some ideas floating around, and when Vince had this idea for us to be interns at Google, it just seemed like a funny opportunity for us to make a movie."

Ed Sheeran's phone bill reached £5,000 while supporting Taylor Swift in the US

The 'Lego House' hitmaker has been supporting the singer on her US tour and revealed over the first four weeks phone calls home piled up to cost thousands of pounds.

Speaking to The Sun newspaper, he said: "I used my UK phone over here for about a month and the bill was five grand when I got home.

"I am not going to use my UK phone any more and my bill's only about $60 a month now, that's around £40."

Rumors had circulated Ed and the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' musician were dating, but the singer recently moved to dismiss those claims as "idiotic."

He explained: "I think it would be incredibly unprofessional and idiotic for me to do that.

"To go on tour for six months with someone and hook up with them just before you go out on tour, which is what people think we did--that's just a really silly thing to do, because the tour would be very awkward by now, and it's not, so that's that."

Peaches Geldof wanted to follow in her family's footsteps by giving her son a "ridiculous" name

Geldof with her son

The 24-year-old blonde - whose sisters are called Fifi Trixibell, Little Pixie and Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily - decided to name her one-month-old tot Phaedra Bloom Forever because she felt it was her duty to adhere to her family's tradition of mad monikers.

Peaches - whose father is Sir Bob Geldof and late mother is Paula Yates - told Britain's HELLO magazine: "I wouldn't be a Geldof if I didn't get stick in the press about my ridiculous choice of names. I've got to uphold the family's tradition. His full name is Phaedra Bloom Forever, which I think sounds like a rock star.

"We chose Bloom because my middle name is Honeyblossom and also in homage to Nirvana's 'In Bloom'. Forever we chose purely because it sounded cool."

Peaches' son Phaedra shares the same birthday as Paula - who died from an accidental heroin overdose in September 2000 - and she believes it is a sign her mother is watching over her.

The star - who also has 13-month-old son Astala with her musician husband Tom Cohen - said: "It wasn't an option. Maybe it is if you go private, but we didn't and were given the date randomly by a consultant. I was pretty amazed when I read it though, and had to smile. I couldn't help feeling mum must have had a hand in it."

Colin Farrell's a sensitive soul - takes harsh criticism personally

The actor admits he tried to read as many reviews of his performance in Oliver Stone's critically panned 'Alexander' as possible, even though the experience was tough.

He explained: "I got some pretty special reviews. Unfortunately, I went to all four corners of the world to find every word I could that was written about it. I read it all. It was pretty tough.

"I say tough from a very sensitive, emotional place. It aint tough in the grand scheme of things, but when you put yourself out there and you're really criticized and kinda called s**t, it's not nice. So sure, you do take it personally."

The 36-year-old actor is deeply passionate about his work and adds he gives his all to each project, even big budget action films which don't require as much acting and dialogue.

He told Nuts magazine: "I work as hard as I can. I think my way through it a lot, and I feel my way through it a lot, and it means something to me. Even 'Total Recall' - a big summer movie, cost a f**king fortune. Even that. I couldn't have worked on that if I couldn't personalize it. Genuinely."

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have never been closer

The former 'Twilight Saga' stars - who have been dating for more than four years - are happy their relationship is finally back on track after the 23-year-old actress's brief fling with married director Rupert Sanders last summer, and no longer feel under pressure because they aren't working together.

A source told HollywoodLife.com: "There was so much drama. They were so young and couldn't handle the pressure.

"Because the pressure of the movie is off of them, they're learning how to live their lives like normal people."

The couple have been inseparable since the British actor, who turns 27 on Monday, returned from a two month stint in Australia in March, where he was busy filming his upcoming movie 'The Rover'.

Kristen was previously said to have been eager for him to prove their romance is still going strong by attending the Met Gala with her last Monday and while Robert failed to attend the event, he did accompany her to New York and treated her to a pizza date the next day.

An insider said they are eager to keep their relationship out of the spotlight, saying: "They're confident that the media attention will die down now and they can prove that they are normal and functional and drama-free.

"Pretty much all they like to do is work, hang out with each other and friends and take care of their dogs -- they are keeping their priorities straight."

Mark Wahlberg isn't ready to tell his kids about his troubled past

The 'Broken City' actor - who has children Ella, nine, Michael, seven, Brendan, four, and Grace, three, with wife Rhea Durham - was in trouble with police more than 20 times when he was a teenager and eventually sent to jail for assault, and while he isn't ashamed of his past, doesn't want his kids to think it is acceptable to behave recklessly.
He told Red Bulletin magazine: "They are still young, and I'm not telling them anything until I have to. I will wait until the last possible minute.
"I certainly don't want to hide my past, but I don't want to make it seem like, 'Daddy went through bad stuff and he came out OK. We can do what we want, it will work itself out,' because that isn't the case.
"I don't know any other success stories of people who survived the kind of place I grew up in and the choices I made and still have the freedom and luxury to talk about it."
Mark feels lucky to have escaped his past, especially when he thinks about what has happened to his old friends.
He said: "Let's say I was a petty criminal for a while, but I was lucky enough to be able to get clean, unlike most of my friends from that time, who are dead or in jail. Today, the only real vice I have is golf."

‘Pain & Gain’ star Mark Wahlberg loves 'Jersey Shore'

The 'Pain & Gain' actor used to secretly watch the now cancelled MTV show - but only when his children Ella, nine, Michael, seven, Brendan, four and three-year-old Grace, didn't know.

He said: "I enjoyed watching 'Jersey Shore' when my kids weren't around, it's one of those things you can't turn off."

While the 'Jersey Shore' men are renowned for their buff bodies and love of the gym, Mark recently got in shape for 'Pain & Gain' and while his wife, Rhea Durham, was initially impressed, she wasn't happy when the training led to him getting injured.

Mark, 41, told Us Weekly magazine: "At first she was excited to see me get fit. But then she realized I'm not young anymore. I got tears in both shoulders and a couple of herniated discs."

Mark also now hates getting spray tans after having to endure a number of them to make the action-comedy film.

He said: "The film's director Michael [Bay] insisted I be as tan as possible. So, he'd make me get a spray tan. I'd do it on my balcony of my hotel room, which was on the 17th floor. You would think you'd be free from all the cameras and paparazzi, and there I was getting photographed in my underwear getting a spray tan. Not a good look."

Tom Cruise loves making his 'Oblivion' co-stars laugh

The 50-year-old actor is always in good spirits, according to his 'Oblivion' co-star Andrea Riseborough, who says the megastar loves joking around with everyone and making sure they are in a good mood.

She told People magazine: "He's a fantastic team leader. Every morning he has a smile on his face and a cup of coffee in his hand raring to go. He has a lightness of spirit and we were always giggling together. It was such a joy."

While he may be laughing and joking between takes, Tom's co-stars say he doesn't hold back when it comes to fight scenes.

Defence Lab's Andy Norman, who was the fight consultant on Tom's recent 'Jack Reacher' film, said: "Tom gets right in there, he'll take the knock and the bruises and he doesn't want us to hold back. He'll still be there at 2am going over fight scenes, he's a total perfectionist."

‘The Hangover’ star Heather Graham thinks Las Vegas is ‘phony’

The 43-year-old actress returned to the US gambling capital in the Nevada desert to film the third installment of 'The Hangover', but finds it too superficial for her taste.

She said: "I don't like Las Vegas. People seem phony, they're spending all their money and it's sad. And it's also so cold with permanent air conditioning everywhere.

"I'm more the type who wants to be outside and look at a tree. I don't want to look at a machine."

Although she didn't enjoy the location, Heather especially liked the luxury trailers she and her co-stars - Zach Galifianakis, Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms - stayed in during filming.

When asked what was different this time round, she replied: "Well, we had much nicer trailers, they're gorgeous, you can live in there, they're so nice! And Zach has gone on a total health kick, he's Mr Healthy, he's observing this really strict diet.

"He's this crazy comedian, but now he's super health-conscious, he doesn't eat sugar or gluten."
Heather does admit to following a similar food ritual, but admits to indulging when on holiday.

She added: "I sort of am [like that]. It's sad! I didn't use to be like that. I'll eat candy but, because I feel better if I don't, I don't usually do it. But I go to Italy or somewhere that has the best bread ever, I will eat it, but I don't eat a lot of white flour on a daily basis."

Irish American actress Mischa Barton loves juice diets

Barton at the Golden Globe Awards
Barton at the Golden Globe Awards
The former 'The O.C.' actress insists she has never tried a "fad" eating plan, but thinks occasional liquid regimes are good for her, as they give her energy and all the nutrients she needs.

She said: "I've never been on a fad diet, but I've been juicing for years and I love it. Juice gives me energy and fills me up when I don't have time to eat other things.

"You get so many nutrients so quickly out of it. I strongly believe in those things, like the health benefits of juicing with cayenne pepper."

Although Mischa tries to eat well, she can never resist bacon - and her love of the meaty treat was enough to convince a former boyfriend to give up being a vegetarian.

She said: "My biggest food weakness is bacon. I once dated a vegetarian and turned him into a meat eater. It's bacon that gets me every time, as soon as I see someone eating it. Mmmm..."

The 27-year-old actress thinks her weight fluctuates so much because on long days of filming, it makes it hard to work out.

She told Look magazine: "Before a project, I usually take a couple of weeks to really get in shape and start getting fit. Once I start working, I have 6am call times and won't finish until 11pm so going to the gym before or afterwards is difficult."

Kylie Jenner has a crush on ‘Twilight’ star Robert Pattinson

The 14-year-old reality TV star - who is rumoured to be dating Jaden Smith - loves Robert's character Edward Cullen from 'The Twilight Saga' and wishes the vampire was a real person.

She told Life and Style magazine: "My celeb crush is Robert Pattinson. I probably love his 'Twilight' character and not really Rob though."

While she fancies Robert, Kylie's older sister, Khloe Kardashian, says she's smitten with Jaden, 14, because he is so "sweet" but refused to confirm if they are dating.

She recently said: "I'm kind of obsessed with Jaden. I think he's so sweet. But I will also say they're teenagers and I really can't keep teenagers straight. You just never know. Everything is up and down, but they're definitely best friends, I can tell you that.

"I love Jaden. I cannot keep track of teenage love and I wouldn't expect anyone to keep track of my teenage love when I was a teenager. Why don't you ask Kylie."

The 50-year-old 'Oblivion' star surprised his 'Jerry Maguire' co-star by showing up unannounced to watch his Broadway play, 'The Trip to Bountiful', in New York on April 16 and Cuba revealed they are still very close after bonding on the set of the hit movie in 1996.

The 45-year-old actor told UsMagazine.com: "I love him to death. He has been so supportive of my career.
"I followed his movies before I ever worked with him. I was a fan of 'Top Gun' and all of those. But he always surprises me with, not only his craft, but the fact that he shows up unannounced at my play. He was standing up. He got emotional during the end of the play.

"He's a real salt of the earth person that God has blessed and I tell him everyday, 'God loves you, man!' He really does.

"And you can see it through the blessings that he keeps showering down."

Tom's recent co-star Andrea Riseborough revealed he goes out of his way to bond with his colleagues on set and loves to make everyone feel at ease by telling jokes.

She said: "He's a fantastic team leader. Every morning he has a smile on his face and a cup of coffee in his hand raring to go. He has a lightness of spirit and we were always giggling together. It was such a joy."

Bee Gees star Barry Gibb feels his 'brothers' presence everywhere'

Barry Gibb
Barry Gibb

The 66-year-old singer is the only surviving member of musical trio the Bee Gees but he insists he can feel the spirits of his twin brothers Maurice and Robin every time he performs live and he admits he will struggle to control his emotions when he goes on tour in September.

Speaking to the Daily Express newspaper, the musician said: "I feel my brothers' presence everywhere."

The 'Stayin' Alive' singer will perform in the UK in the autumn without his brothers by his side for the first time in nearly six decades but he claims he can still hear them when he needs a helping hand.

He added: "When you know someone so well, even when they are gone, you can hear the advice they would offer."

Maurice died aged 53 in 2003 after complications from a twisted intestine, while Robin lost his battle with cancer aged 62 last May.

Barry believes he and his siblings' musical connection brought them together as one so he is anticipating potential tears when he plays live without them.

He explained: "As the Bee Gees the three of us became like the same person ... It's always hard to hold my emotions together."

Barry is planning a tribute to his late brothers as part of his setlist. He will begin an acoustic version of 'I Started A Joke', which will then feature recordings of Robin singing with him on a screen.

In addition, Barry plans to be joined on stage by Maurice's daughter Samantha.
