‘Pain & Gain’ star Mark Wahlberg loves 'Jersey Shore'

The 'Pain & Gain' actor used to secretly watch the now cancelled MTV show - but only when his children Ella, nine, Michael, seven, Brendan, four and three-year-old Grace, didn't know.

He said: "I enjoyed watching 'Jersey Shore' when my kids weren't around, it's one of those things you can't turn off."

While the 'Jersey Shore' men are renowned for their buff bodies and love of the gym, Mark recently got in shape for 'Pain & Gain' and while his wife, Rhea Durham, was initially impressed, she wasn't happy when the training led to him getting injured.

Mark, 41, told Us Weekly magazine: "At first she was excited to see me get fit. But then she realized I'm not young anymore. I got tears in both shoulders and a couple of herniated discs."

Mark also now hates getting spray tans after having to endure a number of them to make the action-comedy film.

He said: "The film's director Michael [Bay] insisted I be as tan as possible. So, he'd make me get a spray tan. I'd do it on my balcony of my hotel room, which was on the 17th floor. You would think you'd be free from all the cameras and paparazzi, and there I was getting photographed in my underwear getting a spray tan. Not a good look."

Tom Cruise loves making his 'Oblivion' co-stars laugh

The 50-year-old actor is always in good spirits, according to his 'Oblivion' co-star Andrea Riseborough, who says the megastar loves joking around with everyone and making sure they are in a good mood.

She told People magazine: "He's a fantastic team leader. Every morning he has a smile on his face and a cup of coffee in his hand raring to go. He has a lightness of spirit and we were always giggling together. It was such a joy."

While he may be laughing and joking between takes, Tom's co-stars say he doesn't hold back when it comes to fight scenes.

Defence Lab's Andy Norman, who was the fight consultant on Tom's recent 'Jack Reacher' film, said: "Tom gets right in there, he'll take the knock and the bruises and he doesn't want us to hold back. He'll still be there at 2am going over fight scenes, he's a total perfectionist."

‘The Hangover’ star Heather Graham thinks Las Vegas is ‘phony’

The 43-year-old actress returned to the US gambling capital in the Nevada desert to film the third installment of 'The Hangover', but finds it too superficial for her taste.

She said: "I don't like Las Vegas. People seem phony, they're spending all their money and it's sad. And it's also so cold with permanent air conditioning everywhere.

"I'm more the type who wants to be outside and look at a tree. I don't want to look at a machine."

Although she didn't enjoy the location, Heather especially liked the luxury trailers she and her co-stars - Zach Galifianakis, Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms - stayed in during filming.

When asked what was different this time round, she replied: "Well, we had much nicer trailers, they're gorgeous, you can live in there, they're so nice! And Zach has gone on a total health kick, he's Mr Healthy, he's observing this really strict diet.

"He's this crazy comedian, but now he's super health-conscious, he doesn't eat sugar or gluten."
Heather does admit to following a similar food ritual, but admits to indulging when on holiday.

She added: "I sort of am [like that]. It's sad! I didn't use to be like that. I'll eat candy but, because I feel better if I don't, I don't usually do it. But I go to Italy or somewhere that has the best bread ever, I will eat it, but I don't eat a lot of white flour on a daily basis."

Irish American actress Mischa Barton loves juice diets

The former 'The O.C.' actress insists she has never tried a "fad" eating plan, but thinks occasional liquid regimes are good for her, as they give her energy and all the nutrients she needs.

She said: "I've never been on a fad diet, but I've been juicing for years and I love it. Juice gives me energy and fills me up when I don't have time to eat other things.

"You get so many nutrients so quickly out of it. I strongly believe in those things, like the health benefits of juicing with cayenne pepper."

Although Mischa tries to eat well, she can never resist bacon - and her love of the meaty treat was enough to convince a former boyfriend to give up being a vegetarian.

She said: "My biggest food weakness is bacon. I once dated a vegetarian and turned him into a meat eater. It's bacon that gets me every time, as soon as I see someone eating it. Mmmm..."

The 27-year-old actress thinks her weight fluctuates so much because on long days of filming, it makes it hard to work out.

She told Look magazine: "Before a project, I usually take a couple of weeks to really get in shape and start getting fit. Once I start working, I have 6am call times and won't finish until 11pm so going to the gym before or afterwards is difficult."

The 14-year-old reality TV star - who is rumoured to be dating Jaden Smith - loves Robert's character Edward Cullen from 'The Twilight Saga' and wishes the vampire was a real person.

She told Life and Style magazine: "My celeb crush is Robert Pattinson. I probably love his 'Twilight' character and not really Rob though."

While she fancies Robert, Kylie's older sister, Khloe Kardashian, says she's smitten with Jaden, 14, because he is so "sweet" but refused to confirm if they are dating.

She recently said: "I'm kind of obsessed with Jaden. I think he's so sweet. But I will also say they're teenagers and I really can't keep teenagers straight. You just never know. Everything is up and down, but they're definitely best friends, I can tell you that.

"I love Jaden. I cannot keep track of teenage love and I wouldn't expect anyone to keep track of my teenage love when I was a teenager. Why don't you ask Kylie."

The 50-year-old 'Oblivion' star surprised his 'Jerry Maguire' co-star by showing up unannounced to watch his Broadway play, 'The Trip to Bountiful', in New York on April 16 and Cuba revealed they are still very close after bonding on the set of the hit movie in 1996.

The 45-year-old actor told UsMagazine.com: "I love him to death. He has been so supportive of my career.
"I followed his movies before I ever worked with him. I was a fan of 'Top Gun' and all of those. But he always surprises me with, not only his craft, but the fact that he shows up unannounced at my play. He was standing up. He got emotional during the end of the play.

"He's a real salt of the earth person that God has blessed and I tell him everyday, 'God loves you, man!' He really does.

"And you can see it through the blessings that he keeps showering down."

Tom's recent co-star Andrea Riseborough revealed he goes out of his way to bond with his colleagues on set and loves to make everyone feel at ease by telling jokes.

She said: "He's a fantastic team leader. Every morning he has a smile on his face and a cup of coffee in his hand raring to go. He has a lightness of spirit and we were always giggling together. It was such a joy."

One Direction's movie to examine fans reactions to hearing their music

Director Morgan Spurlock - who is helming the documentary 'This Is Us' about the British boy band - was keen to explore "why" certain people were so obsessed with the 'Little Things' hitmakers, and even interviewed medical experts for their opinions.

He told the New York Post newspaper: "We ask the question 'Why them?' We talked to this one doctor who tells us what happens inside a girl's body when she hears One Direction - like what happens in her brain and what goes on inside of her."

As well as exploring fans emotions, the 3D movie will also feature scenes of group hunk Harry Styles shirtless and Spurlock even filmed the five guys using the bathroom at the BRIT Awards earlier this year.

However, it is unlikely that Taylor Swift will appear in the film after Harry - who is joined in the band by Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson - reportedly ordered all footage featuring his ex-girlfriend to be removed.

A source said recently: "During their relationship producers shot Taylor and Harry in Los Angeles and New York City but Harry has ordered that none of it makes the cut. He wants nothing more to do with Taylor, she was a fling and they're done."

Bee Gees star Barry Gibb feels his 'brothers' presence everywhere'

Barry Gibb

The 66-year-old singer is the only surviving member of musical trio the Bee Gees but he insists he can feel the spirits of his twin brothers Maurice and Robin every time he performs live and he admits he will struggle to control his emotions when he goes on tour in September.

Speaking to the Daily Express newspaper, the musician said: "I feel my brothers' presence everywhere."

The 'Stayin' Alive' singer will perform in the UK in the autumn without his brothers by his side for the first time in nearly six decades but he claims he can still hear them when he needs a helping hand.

He added: "When you know someone so well, even when they are gone, you can hear the advice they would offer."

Maurice died aged 53 in 2003 after complications from a twisted intestine, while Robin lost his battle with cancer aged 62 last May.

Barry believes he and his siblings' musical connection brought them together as one so he is anticipating potential tears when he plays live without them.

He explained: "As the Bee Gees the three of us became like the same person ... It's always hard to hold my emotions together."

Barry is planning a tribute to his late brothers as part of his setlist. He will begin an acoustic version of 'I Started A Joke', which will then feature recordings of Robin singing with him on a screen.

In addition, Barry plans to be joined on stage by Maurice's daughter Samantha.

The One Direction heart throb joined the 68-year-old rocker, his daughter Kimberley and his wife Penny Lancaster for a meal in Los Angeles.

The 19-year-old pop star - who has history with older women - was spotted kissing and holding hands with the 33-year-old beauty with a source revealing the legendary musician "didn't seem to mind."

The insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "They weren't exactly hiding it - Rod was well aware what was going on and didn't seem to mind.

"Harry's well-known for his thing for older women, and Kimberley is a striking blonde so it's easy to see the appeal."

And the 'Little Things' hitmaker looks to have done well without his band-mate and self-professed "wingman" Louis Tomlinson, who recently claimed he helps the well-known romantic flirt with girls.

He said: "I am Harry's wingman. I do help the other boys talk to girls they like. There is a lot of that.
"I'm the really blunt one, so if Harry wanted someone's phone number I'd be like, 'Basically, Harry wants your phone number'."

The couple - who are rumored to be preparing to get married just outside the city next spring - were spotted exchanging sweet nothings and kisses as they patiently waited 25 minutes for a table at the upmarket eatery Joseph Leonard in the West Village.

A source told the New York Post's Page Six that the 29-year-old actress and her 37-year-old funnyman fiance were "exchanging whispers in the corner of the restaurant" as they waited and once they were seated they still "made time to sneak in a few more kisses in between bites."

Olivia - who announced her engagement to Jason in January - has previously admitted she can't wait to start a family with the 'Saturday Night Live' comedian and actor.

She said recently: "[I] can't wait for children. I'm open-minded about how many, but three, which I love, is like a little party. I am not trying to have kids now - there's no strict plan for anything in my life.

"What happens, happens. [Jason's] so good with kids ... I've never before experienced looking at someone and thinking, 'That's who I want to raise a child with.'"

The 'Tron' star previously married Italian filmmaker and musician Tao Ruspoli when she was 19, and they divorced in 2011.

The 42-year-old actor and his wife Luciana Barroso  - who married in 2005 and raise four daughters, Alexia, 14, Isabella, six, Gia, four, and two-year-old Stella, together – held a ceremony at the Sugar Beach resort in St. Lucia earlier this month where they celebrated their wedding again.

According to People, Matt said: "It's nice to say your vows in front of family. That's the point of taking the vows. These are people who will hold you to them. One of my vows was I gave her the side of the bed closer to the bathroom. And if I don't stick to that, I'm gonna hear from my mom, brother and father."

Matt also revealed he and Luciana chose to have a small wedding ceremony over the Holiday Season at City Hall in New York in 2005 because they wanted to avoid the paparazzi.

He said: "We thought our whole holiday break was going [to] get ruined with people hanging around, with helicopters and all that stuff. So we literally ran to the city and just tied the knot really quickly, just to kind of nip that whole thing in the bud."

Robert Pattinson
The 26-year-old actor lived in the country earlier this year while he filmed the movie 'Rover' and co-star Guy Pearce has revealed Robert initially didn't enjoy his time in the country.

He told HollywoodLife: “Well, he struggled with the flies and the heat.

“I didn’t man him up, but the others manned him up.

“He had a nice time. He had a pretty good time, I’d say.”

Director David Michod previously spoken about Robert's difficulties adjusting to Australia.

He said: "He's very smart. It's been one of the beaut experiences [for him] ... to roam around and breathe fresh air, but the flies are driving him crazy."

However, Robert is said to have used his time in Australia to contemplate the future of his relationship with Kristen following her fling with married director Rupert Sanders last year.

A source said: "Kristen is confident that her relationship with Rob is stronger than ever and has no problem whatsoever with Rob wanting to take things slow. They have been together pretty much non-stop since he's been back. The first person he wanted to see and spend time with is Kristen, and of course (their dogs) Bear and Bernie."

Matthew McConaughey's body was like a ‘little baby bird’ when he lost weight

Matthew McConaughey's body was like a ‘little baby bird’
The 43-year-old actor - who stands at 6ft tall - shed a staggering 56lbs for the role of real-life AIDs sufferer Ron Woodruff in his new film 'Dallas Buyers Club' and found himself longing for more food like a hatchling seeking its mother.

He said: "It was tough going, I'm not going to lie. The dieting was pretty hardcore. I was losing 7lbs every week. I'd have a Diet Coke, two egg whites in the morning, a piece of chicken, then another Diet Coke.
"That was rough. I got down to [189lbs] and I was always hungry, and irritable. My body resembled a little baby bird with its mouth open, crying, 'Feed me, feed me,' and you realise momma bird ain't going to feed you. It's hard."

The role is a big departure for Matthew - who has children Levi, four, Vida, three, and four-month-old Livingston with wife Camila Alves - after making a name for himself in rom-coms and action films such as 'Ghosts of Girlfriends Past', 'Failure To Launch' and 'Sahara'.

He claims he didn't feel "challenged" by some of his previous romantic parts and so decided to take a break, resulting in him being offered more daring projects.

He added in an interview with the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I would never say I'm done [with rom-coms] but sometimes I felt less challenged than I should have and I think you need a healthy amount of pressure to progress. I don't think I'll go back there unless I find something that really turns me on.

"So I just sat back, spent time with the family, took some time out to get a little clarity. I was OK for money, paying the rent, putting the bread on the table.

"So I did that and what happened - I started to get a different call for different types of scripts."

The One Direction hunk treated the Little Mix singer to a romantic evening enjoying the views of Paris from the vantage point of one of the world's most iconic landmarks.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "1D are performing out there this week so Zayn flew out early to spend a couple of precious days with Perrie.

"They wanted to mark their first year together and it means a lot that they've made it this far despite their hiccups."

The Little Mix girls were in Paris to perform an intimate gig at the VIP Rooms Theatre on Wednesday night, so Zayn whisked Perrie off to see the sights after the show and spend some rare quality time together.

Zayn, 20, was accused of cheating on Perrie, 19, earlier this year with bar worker Courtney Webb, but the couple appear to have put the rumours behind them.

Perrie recently insisted the 'Kiss You' heartthrob treats her better than any other boyfriend she's ever had and insisted the pair shared a special bond.

She gushed: "Zayn is so lovely. You know things are good when you can't wait to see the other person.
"It's a sense of friendship. The main thing I looked for is if he's fun to be around, if I can have a laugh with him."

The legendary singer and his husband David Furnish, 50, were so impressed with Gaga's job as godmother to their firstborn son Zachary, two, that they have asked her to perform the same duties for Elijah, three months.

Elton, 65, told 'Extra': "She's a great role model, she's young, [and] she's been a great godmother to Zachary. We're all bonkers in this business, but we're human beings at the same time."

The couple also revealed that having children has changed their lives in every way.

David said: "You learn so much about yourself and about life by seeing children,” while Elton added: "I love getting up in the morning and having breakfast with Zachary. Everything I thought I would find annoying about having children, like screaming and shouting and tantrums...I don't find any of it annoying. I find it all enchanting."

David has previously revealed how happy he is to have Lady Gaga guiding Zachary because he feels she has much to teach the youngster.

He said: "Zachary's going to inherit an incredible musical legacy from his father one day, and she will be a good person to guide him through the ins and outs of the music business, 'cause she sure knows everything about the business now."

Gerard Butler's girlfriend wants to have his baby
The 43-year-old actor has been dating Madalina Ghenea, 24 for almost a year and the model-turned-actress is so smitten with her “first true love”, she would love to start a family with him.

Speaking on the Italian talk show 'Verissimo', she said: “I'm ready to have children right now. I’ve always wanted a family, with many children and pets.

“Gerard's a great guy who knows how to do everything and I hope he will never change in any way.”
However, while she is eager to have children, the 'Razza Bastarda' actress doesn't see marriage as a priority just yet.

She said: “For me, maybe it is too early at this point.”

Gerard -  who has been romantically linked to stars including Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz and Paris Hilton in the past – recently insisted his wild days are behind him and he is happy with Madalina.

He said: "I think I've had that going on for a while now. I'm not saying I don't like to have my fun but I'm nowhere near the wild kid that I once was.

"Sometimes you're sitting there, doing your thing. Maybe you're alone in bed reading your book and thinking, 'I wish they could see me now! Gerard Butler is in bed reading'.

"I think I've been propelled through life from one mistake to another, I can look back and say in my philosophical mode that I needed to make those mistakes and I learnt from all of them. But overall I do think that whatever happens is supposed to happen."

Tom Cruise bought and crashed his first motorcycle at the age of 10
The 50-year-old actor is renowned for his on-screen stunts and Tom admitted he was always a daredevil, saving up to buy a Yamaha when he was just a child, which he promptly crashed into his neighbours' cars.
He told chat show host Jay Leno: "My first motorcycle was a little Yamaha. My [single] mother was away working for the weekend and I'd stored it in the basement. I didn't tell her I bought it because I didn't want her to panic right away. I was about 10 years old.

"I was allowed to get whatever my money could buy. I was working on the motorcycle, she left on Friday, and I had [an elderly] neighbour who was always supposed to kind of watch over us.

"Our neighbours had these two beautiful cars that they loved, and they kept them very close together. Of course it's 2 in the morning and I'm so excited - I've just got to ride it a little bit. I've got to hear the engine! Me and my buddies were out there and I started this thing up and I was like, 'I'm going to take this right across, just to the front yard. I just wanna feel a bit and then I'll go ride around.' . . . There was a little lip in the front of our yard, and when I started heading toward that lip I thought, 'Man, the throttle's stuck.'"

"Now I'm heading for the two cars. I'm like, 'Oh, no, no, no, no, no!' I managed somehow to sneak it right between the two bumpers. The bike went boom, stopped instantly, and I flew off into the next yard like Wile E. Coyote. It was like a cartoon! I thought I was knocked out, but I was just kind of quickly staggering for the bike because the lights came on in the neighbour's house. I got it in and tucked it in the basement."

While Tom managed to keep the incident from his mother, he eventually confessed to her when he got older.
He explained: "I actually told [my mom] years later. I came clean with everything!"

The 50-year-old actor appeared on 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno' on Wednesday to talk about his latest action film 'Oblivion', in which he plays a space veteran called Jack.

However, the conversation took a turn when he was joined by his 'The Only Way Is Kill' co-star Emily Blunt, who let slip an embarrassing demand asked of Tom by his adoring female followers.

When asked by the show's host which body parts Tom has been asked to sign in the past, Emily quipped: "Their boobs!"

Laughing uncontrollably, Tom agreed: "Boobs!"

Before revealing the racy requests Tom is given by his fans, Emily, 30, praised the action star's "passion" during filming and admitted she very much enjoyed shooting the explosive sci-fi feature with him.

After initially joking "he's the worst" person to work with, Emily was quick to state: "He's the greatest. I've never actually met anyone with more enthusiasm and passion."

Leno then brought up Tom's impressive stunts, such as climbing up the side of buildings and speeding on motorcycles, but the hunk admitted his acts didn't always all go to plan.

Referring to a hair-raising motorbike jump in 'Oblivion', Tom said: "I crashed that a couple of times."
Just when he was trying to move on from the topic, Emily chipped in again, revealing: "Actually, what happens is he gets up [from a crash] and he goes, 'I'm good.' And everyone else goes, 'Oh my god!' Everyone freaks out."

‘Argo’ star Ben Affleck plans to live on $1.50 a day

‘Argo’ star Ben Affleck plans to live on $1.50 a day
The 'Argo' director and star has encouraged his fans to show their support for 1.4 billion people living in extreme poverty worldwide, and the Live Below The Line campaign, by joining him and consuming just $1.50 worth of food every day for five days in a row.

The 40-year-old Oscar-winner shared his plans on Twitter on Monday, writing: "1.4 billion people live on less the $1.50/day. I'm joining Live #BelowTheLine on behalf of @easterncongo. Will you?"

The father-of-three, who is married to actress Jennifer Garner, has been advised to spend his entire budget of $7.50 at the beginning of the week on high calorie, affordable food like pasta and rice.

His participation in the campaign will see him join other celebrities, including Jonah Hill, Josh Groban, Sophia Bush and 'The Avengers' actor Tom Hiddleston, who are also supporting the cause to raise awareness of issues of inequality and poverty around the world.

Ben, who has visited the Congo eight times in recent years, is a huge supporter of the fight against poverty.
He previously revealed he started his own charity called the Eastern Congo Initiative as an example to his children Violet, seven, and Seraphina, four, and son Samuel, 14-months.

He said: "I got to a point in my life where I felt like I had been very fortunate.

"And I wanted to do something more with my life than just make movies and try to make money.
"I wanted to do something that was important to me in other ways and would serve as an example to my kids."

'Iron Man 3' star Gwyneth Paltrow still yearns for the baby she miscarried
The 40-year-old 'Iron Man 3' star - who first revealed last month she tragically lost her third child during the second trimester a few years ago - admits she never expected to go through the experience and it took her a long time to get over it.

The actress, who has been named the World's Most Beautiful Woman by People magazine, told the publication: "It was awful. It happened really late, and I wasn't expecting it at all.

"For a long time I just couldn't understand that it had happened and why. I was like 'But I can't not be pregnant. I'm already past the first trimester, and I have three car seats in my head.'

"To this day I feel like I'm missing that kid. But it wasn't meant to be and you have to trust the universe."
The miscarriage made her realise how lucky she is to have two healthy children - eight-year-old Apple and Moses, seven.

She said: "More than anything I just realised 'Oh my God, I'm so lucky to have two healthy kids.'"
Despite nearly dying during the miscarriage, Gwyneth and her Coldplay star husband Chris Martin haven't ruled out having another child in the near future.

She said: "We all think 'Urgh, I don't want to go back to diapers'. But my best friend's mom once said 'Don't do your planning around the pain in the a** of infancy, because it's so finite. Plan it around how many people you want at Thanksgiving.'

"So then I think, maybe. But I don't know."

Gwyneth admits marriage is hard work but her nine-year relationship with Chris has never been better.
She said: "I also totally accept him and what he does, so I'm not the type of wife who is like 'Where are you?' I never make him feel hemmed in or like he's in trouble.

"And on a personal level as friends, we really get along. We really laugh, and we're super into our kids. There's a good foundation."

Heather Graham thinks women ‘struggle’ in Hollywood

Heather Graham thinks women ‘struggle’ in Hollywood The 'Hangover' actress believes the film industry is still as difficult for females now as it was when it first began and is "shocked" by the ratio of men to women in front of and behind the camera. She is quoted as saying: "I think it's the same struggle for women to get interesting parts in movies [as it used to be]. In any given movie, 75 per cent of the roles are for men. It's a sexist system. There are only seven per cent of all film directors who are women. It's quite shocking." The 43-year-old star is no stranger to stripping off for a film role - having bared her body in films such as 2009's 'Boogie Woogie' and 2002's 'Killing Me Softly' - but she insists she is much more reserved in real-life, despite her outspoken nature. She added: "I'm actually kind of shy and probably wouldn't opt to do that, but I guess when I play another character, it's not me.

"In real life I'm pretty shy - even if I go to beaches where women are topless, I always leave my top on. So I'm not that wild! I guess sometimes, as an actress, I feel like it's this other side of me where I can be wilder than I am in real life.

"I have a very open personality, but I'm not like a crazy exhibitionist or anything."

Former Westlife star Kian Egan wants to have ten children
The former Westlife singer has 15-month-old son Koa with his former 'Hollyoaks' star wife, Jodi Albert, but jokes he'd eventually like a much larger brood.

He said: "Being Irish, I'd have ten if I could."

Jodi isn't so sure, adding: "No way!"

Kian added: "I'd love a big family but we've got to take it day by day."

Jodi is looking forward to getting back into acting now Koa is growing up, adding: "Koa's nearly 16 months and I've dedicated that time to being at home with him. Now I'm excited about going back to work. I'm only 29 and I'm not ready to just stay at home."

Jodi also says she's not been in a hurry to shed her baby weight since giving birth, as her Koa is her number one priority.

She explained to new! magazine: "I was the last woman on earth who wanted to be starving hungry and going to the gym while looking after a newborn.

"It was hard enough trying to get my head around that, so dieting was the last thing on my mind.

"[I gained] two and a half stone. I was uncomfortable because I wasn't used to being that overweight. I was a bit unhappy so I did do a bit of exercise when Koa was a few months old.

"But then I was like, 'Kian, listen, I don't want to go to the gym. I'm looking after the baby. I don't care.'"

 circulating online was not him.
Niall Horan, One Direction’s resident Irish lad, has sounded off on Twitter dispelling rumors of a picture floating around the Internet of a lookalike getting steamy in the shower.

"That's not me by the way in that pic!" Niall wrote on his official Twitter @NiallOfficial on April 22.

Horan did say, however, "I'd be happy with biceps like that though to be fair!"

If Directioners, the diehard legion of One Direction fans, do want to see Horan lathering up, they need not look further than the boys’ recently released self-made video for ‘One Way or Another.’

In the video, Horan is being his typical goofball self while dancing around in the shower donning a shower cap.

Niall Horan and the rest of One Direction are currently in the midst of their second worldwide tour.

Matthew McConaughey's family life is like a ‘circus’
The 'Killer Joe' actor is rushed off his feet at home thanks to his three young  children - Levi, four, Vida, three, and three-month-old Livingston - and he sometimes feels he is living inside a circus tent, with his wife Camila Alves cracking the whip as the ringleader.

Speaking on 'The Late Show with David Letterman', Matthew said: "It's wonderful time and I've got a wonderful woman. It's like a circus at home - and she's the ringleader of that circus."

The proud father and can't get over how creative his kids are becoming and thinks Levi's model airport-building obsession and Vida's love of dressing-up could point to future careers for the hyperactive duo.
Matthew said: "Levi, he's gonna be an astronaut or something, he loves building airports all night long in the living room.

"I get home from work around six and in that time, Levi's in the living room building airports, hanging things from the ceiling.

"Vida has gone to her room and in that time it's a fashion show - headbands and angel wings, different shoes ... Livingston's not doing that yet, he's not moving around much!"

However, Matthew admits that adding a third tot to their brood has taken its toll on him and Camila, and they are exhausted.

He joked: "It's true that third is not like you've added 33 per cent more, you've added about 133 per cent more!"

Leonardo DiCaprio inspired Gwyneth Paltrow to give up red meat

Leonardo DiCaprio inspired Gwyneth Paltrow to give up red meat
The 'Iron Man 3' actress - who recently released her new healthy cookbook 'It's All Good' - initially became interested in improving her diet after 'The Great Gatsby' star "planted a seed" in her mind by warning her about "dirty meat" more than twenty years ago.

The 40-year-old blonde beauty told The Observer newspaper: "He was vegetarian and he'd talk about how dirty meat is and how bad factory farming is. I haven't eaten red meat in 20 years, and although Leo's not totally responsible, he definitely planted a seed."

Gwyneth became more interested in healthy eating when her father Bruce was diagnosed with throat cancer in 1999 and passed away in 2002, but insists her diet still isn't perfect.

She said: "All I do is try to eat and cook real food, the way our ancestors would. It's funny how people react, as if it's revolutionary that I don't want my children to eat Oreos, or the English equivalent, every day. I believe in real food, things being delicious, and butter, in minimally processed delicious foods and raw milk cheese and properly raised chicken and line-caught fish.

"But I'm a realist and I have kids and I love Oreos too, so honestly I'm not rigid at all."

The mother-of-two also revealed that her Coldplay rocker husband, Chris Martin, prefers to eat her food rather than in top class restaurants.

She said: "My husband prefers my food to any other. It's very sweet."

However, she is not impressed with how their children Apple, eight, and Moses, seven, pronounce some foods.

She said: "I've lived in England for 10 years and the accent is the most beautiful in the world, except for how you pronounce 'pasta' as 'pasta' instead of 'pah-sta.'

"I'm sort of joking when I say this but I really don't want my children speaking that way."

The 43-year-old actor plays a Southern fugitive living on a Mississippi island awaiting his true love in Jeff Nichols' new film and in order to get a feel for his character and make the portrayal accurate, he spent some alone time on a deserted island in Arkansas.

He told the New York Post newspaper: "The only neighbours were a few snakes and two donkeys. It was pretty cool."

Matthew was so determined to embrace the great outdoors that Jeff and the film crew had to drag him away after several days.

Jeff added: "I think he stayed two or three nights, [then] we had to go get him."

Matthew stars alongside Reese Witherspoon in the movie and his kids - Levi, four, Vida, three, and three-month-old Livingston -

and her three children bonded while they camped on the banks of the Mississippi River.

The Hollywood hunk - who is married to Camila Alves - recalled: "It was like a nature vacation camping out on the Mississippi River. And we enjoyed it. The kids learned a lot about nature actually on this film. They loved it.

"I loved being out there in nature like that. The stage was the Mississippi river. To live there while a while, to camp out there, you quickly get the rhythm and the sense of smell and taste and humidity and weight, and how time trickles along like that river. It's four miles per hour. It just slowly moves and it's an unstoppable force."

Russell Crowe
The 'Noah' actor and his sons Charles, nine, and Tennyson, six, watched the vehicle career out of control on their farm, crashing through a fence before coming to a watery standstill.

Revealing the incident on his Twitter account, Russell said: "What a morning #1... Farm staffer jumps out of truck, top of the hill, handbrake fails, trucks careens through a fence, 300m into a dam.

"Steep on that hill, truck took out two panels of post and rail, immediate momentum, missed everything, hole in 1 to the dam

"What a morning #2 boys and I follow it's path of destruction, as it is sinking, windscreen wipers keep going, good advert for Toyota (sic)"

Despite the potentially-serious incident, the truck was retrieved without damage and little Tennyson hailed the drama as the "best day ever".

In other tweets, Russell added: "Wam #3...  brother arrives with the John Deere, gets in freezing dam to hook up the truck, beautiful job retrieving the submarine.

"Wam #4 Youngest announces "best day on the farm ever"... no one hurt, only pride. Told old mate,"days like this'll get you a new nic name

"Wam #5 In a dry, Australian acceptance of the inevitable, old mate squints to the middle distance and softly states, "yes, they do" (sic)"

'American Idol' producers secretly plotted to replace Mariah Carey with Jennifer Lopez

replace Mariah Carey with Jennifer Lopez
Bosses were keen to see the return of 'On the Floor' singer Jennifer midway through the show's current season but, sources tell The Hollywood Reporter, once they were threatened with legal action by Mariah's team they backed off.

The insiders added a search has already begun to replace Mariah, Nicki Minaj and possibly even the entire judge's panel - which also includes Randy Jackson and Keith Urban - for the next season.

Mariah was a huge signing for the show, but has proved less popular with viewers on the show than Jennifer, who appeared in the previous two seasons, was. Mariah's comments and criticism have been criticised as passive and disengaged, and she has been overshadowed by Nicki on the show.

However, another source says research has shown Nicki's performance on the show has not been as popular as expected, adding: "The core viewer is a Midwestern, Southern, older woman who is threatened by Nicki's aggressiveness."

'American Idol's ratings have suffered this season, with its Wednesday show getting the worst ratings since the show began in 2001. In contrast, rival show 'The Voice' is riding high in the ratings due in part to boasting Shakira and Usher on its judging panel.

Official sources have denied any attempt to replace Mariah on the show.

A Fox spokesperson said: "This is just another ridiculous 'Idol; judge rumour, likely started by talks of Jennifer performing on the finale."

'American Idol' producer Nigel Lythgoe said: "I have not been included in any conversation regarding replacing Mariah with Jen this season."

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis are planning a ‘wedding tour'
The 'Saturday Night Live' funnyman laughed off rumors that he wants to tie the knot with the 'Tron' actress close to his hometown in Lawrence, Kansas and claimed that they are planning a lavish affair that will involve celebrations in several cities across the globe.

The 37-year-old actor told the Kansas City Star newspaper: "It's definitely not in Lawrence. It was never gonna be. I don't know how those things start.

"It'll definitely be a wedding tour. Everywhere you've heard that we're getting married, we are. Lot of waving. Lot of pie eating."

Meanwhile, Jason's mother Kathy Sudeikis has revealed that Olivia already feels like a member of their family.

She told People.com: "She has adopted Kansas City. (I recently introduced Olivia) to 11 or 12 female members of my family. We have a huge family ... especially on my side. And we are delighted that she has become a part of it."

The brunette beauty was previously said to be preparing to tie the knot in New York next spring.

The actress was said to have been overheard telling friends about her wedding plans earlier this month, and also joked that having a long engagement bucked a family trend of marrying just months after a proposal.

The 29-year-old beauty previously married Italian filmmaker and musician Tao Ruspoli when she was 19, and they divorced in 2011.

The 'Iron Man 3' actress has been awarded the annual honour by the US magazine beating off competition from the likes of Amanda Seyfried, Jennifer Lawrence, Pink and Halle Berry.

However, Gwyneth insists if people could see her at home in her casual clothes they wouldn't think she was so beautiful.

Speaking to the publication, she said: "Around the house, I'm in jeans and a T-shirt. I don't really wear make-up."

If she ever does opt for glamour at home then her husband Chris Martin will make fun of her.
She added: "He'll make a joke about it. If I've gotten fully dressed up, he'll be like, 'Oh, wow! You're Gwyneth Paltrow!' Because he's used to seeing me in like baggy shorts and frizzy hair."

Gwyneth revealed her eight-year-old daughter Apple is already interested in fashion and beauty and she lets her wear a little make-up on special occasions.

The 40-year-old screen star - who also has a seven-year-old son, Moses, with Coldplay frontman Chris - said: "When we're home sometimes, she'll put on mascara. And sometimes I'll let her wear something out to dinner - but just a little dab.

In September, People magazine also honoured Gwyneth for being the World's Best-Dressed Woman.
Last year, Gwyneth's friend Beyonce was bestowed the World's Most Beautiful Woman title by People.

Matt Damon once thought George Clooney had pranked him - but he'd just got fat

Matt Damon once thought George Clooney had pranked him - but he'd just got fat
Matt Damon
The 'Bourne Identity' star was convinced his good friend and infamous joker George had gone into his wardrobe and swapped his suit for a smaller size - but he was dismayed to discover he had simply piled on the pounds.

He admitted: "A couple of years ago I hadn't been working out and I'd got kind of fat. I had to go to a function and when I tried on my suit, it was too tight.

"My immediate thought was that my buddy George Clooney had hired someone to get into my closet and cut down my clothes. I seriously thought that - until my wife said, very gently, 'Do you think it might be that you've put on some weight?' "

The 42-year-old star's small suits aren't the only wardrobe malfunction he has faced, as he admitted his favourite pair of battered boots are a constant cause of contention with his wife, Luciana Barroso.

Asked what his worst habit is, Matt admitted: "Probably my inability to clean out my closet. I have a pair of old boots that I've been wearing since 2008 that I just can't get rid of.

"I love them because they're the most comfortable boots I've ever owned, so I keep on getting them re-soled. But my wife hates them and thinks they're the ugliest things she's ever seen."

J.J. Abrams was worried Tom Cruise would be injured on the set of ' Mission Impossible III'

J.J. Abrams was worried Tom Cruise would be injured on the set of ' Mission Impossible III'
Tom Cruise in "Mission Impossible"
The 'Star Trek Into Darkness' director took charge for the third movie in Tom's 'Mission Impossible' franchise but admitted Tom's insistence on doing his own stunts terrified him as he was worried his star would get hurt.

J.J. told the May issue of Playboy: "There was nothing I ever asked him to do that he wouldn't do. There were things I asked him not to do because he was so willing to put himself physically in danger. I would be like, 'There's not a f***ing chance you're going through that window. If you get cut. . .'  But he was always about the better idea."

J.J. also insisted Tom, 50, is one of the most generous and professional actors he has ever worked with.
He said: "Before I started, I called Cameron Crowe, and asked him his advice, since he'd made two movies with Tom ['Jerry Maguire' and 'Vanilla Sky']. He just said, 'Brother, you are going to be spoiled.' I now know he was right. Tom is the hardest-working, most generous, passionate-about-the-form collaborator I could imagine.

"I was a first-time feature director, and before we started shooting Tom said, 'I'm your actor; you're the director.' There was not a day on that movie when Tom was not supportive, encouraging, collaborative, excited. He never mandated anything. He never insisted on things going a certain way."
