Jason Mattera interview with fake Bono pulled by websites - Conservative reporter face to face with wrong guy

The conservative reporter Jason Mattera has been forced to pull an online video of an interview with a Bono impersonator.

Mattera is seen on the video conducting an ambush interview with the man who appears to be a Bono impersonator.

The clip was posted at conservative sites such as Breitbart.com and Glenn Beck’s The Blaze but was pulled after it became obvious that Mattera was not actually talking to the U2 frontman.

Rolling Stone reports that self-proclaimed bad boy reporter Mattera is currently promoting his new book ‘Hollywood Hypocrites’.

In the video he confronts the Bono impersonator about his band allegedly dodging taxes on their royalties.
The impersonator then answers Mattera by explaining: “It’s “not my company. I have no say in what U2 does.”

The Rolling Stone report adds: “Which is true, of course, since he’s not Bono!

“Though it’s obvious that the Bono impersonator was having a bit of fun with Mattera, it’s not clear exactly what this guy was doing at an event dressed up as the U2 star.”

Robert Pattinson and Jimmy Fallon engaged in a light-hearted battle of archery last week when the 'Twilight' star visited the talk-show host in NYC to promote his upcoming 'Breaking Dawn' film.

The two battled it out last Thursday on 'The Late Show with Jimmy Fallon,' according to EOnline. On his third attempt, Pattinson hit Fallon in the groin and scored 20 points.

Things got “weird” for actress Carrie Fisher, most remembered for her role as Princess Leia in ‘Star Wars’, when she went on a date with Chris Dodd in 1985. Fisher recounts the experience along with others in her newly released book ‘Shockaholic.’

The Huffington Post reports that for their date, Chris Dodd invited Ted Kennedy to join. It wasn’t long before matters took a turn for the awkward.

“Suddenly, Senator Kennedy, seated directly across from me, looked at me with his alert, aristocratic eyes and asked me a most surprising question,” writes Fisher. “‘So,' he said, clearly amused, 'do you think you'll be having sex with Chris at the end of your date?'"

Dodd “flushed” at the awkward question posed by Kennedy, but Fisher kept her cool. She writes “'Funnily enough, I won't be having sex with Chris tonight,' I said, my face composed and calm. 'No, that probably won't happen.' People blinked. 'Thanks for asking, though.'”

Relentless, Kennedy jabbed back once again, asking “Would you have sex with Chris in a hot tub? Perhaps as a way to say good night?"

“I’m no good in water,” Fisher wittily replied.

The scenario is but one of many interesting aspects of Fisher’s life that she writes about in her new book. Others include attempting to find a prostitute for her dying father, and being a patient of the dentist who sued Michael Jackson.
