One Direction star Harry Styles considers buying a $19.5 million Florida mansion

The One Direction star, 19, whose group is on course to gross over $1 billion this year through a combination of album and tour sales, merchandise and their new movie 'One Direction: This Is Us,' has reportedly viewed the plush property in Key Biscayne near Miami twice recently and is seriously considering making an offer.

According to real estate blog The Real Estalker, the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home boasts a roof-top swimming pool, 30-foot ceilings and a master-suite with panoramic views of the ocean.

The contemporary 6,544 square-foot home also features a "rock-star" style bathroom with "top-grade fixtures, glass counter tops, white quartz flooring, a white glass tile shower enclosure, and a 26-inch television in the mirror above the double sink vanity."

Harry has invested a lot of his growing fortune in property and bought a penthouse in the 16th Arrondissement of Paris, which has a stunning balcony over-looking the River Seine, in July.

The 'Kiss You' heartthrob also has a property in north London and is rumoured to have a mansion in Los Feliz, California.

US website Business Insider projects One Direction - which also includes Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson - will earn $270 million from their forthcoming 'Where We Are' stadium tour in 2014.

The band have reportedly sold 30 million records to date, and at an average price of $9.99, that equates to just under $300 million in gross sales.
